I was just treated so shockingly rudely by a staff member at this store that I am still shaking. A few days ago, I ordered 10 4x6 cards to be printed. I sent two images- one that was labeled "inside". I thought it was pretty clear I wanted "cards". They even asked if I wanted envelopes. When I got to the store I saw that they had printed they them as flat cards not folded cards with the image inside. I said I asked for cards. These were for a group gift where I wanted each person to be able to write another message in the cards. The cashier asked for the person who made the cards to come out to speak to me. He was immediately rude and combative and said those are cards. I said I can show you the email where I asked for cards with two images- not a postcard. He then said "don't call me a liar". I was completely shocked and said I never called you a liar and I don't think that's a very appropriate response. He said "well don't put words in my mouth". I said I never put words in your mouth I just said I ordered a card with an image on the front and one inside. Shockingly he said you know what- just take them and go elsewhere and waved his hand at me. He completely escalated and was combative in a situation where I was in no way being rude or aggressive. He could have easily said if you want "folded cards" we will have to charge you more and I would have happily paid for them. I've lived in Woodbury for over 25 years. I've never in my life been treated by or talked to like that by someone at any store anywhere. I was so shocked I was literally shaking when I left. I turned at one point to a clerk working at another register with bug eyes like "what is happening here" and he shrugged his shoulders at me! Like this is how they talk to their customers. I went online afterwards to their website to see if they have had other issues with rudeness to customers (they have). I was in disbelief to see that the person I looked at appears to be the same person shown online as the franchise owner. Before I walked out I think he started to realize how out of line he was and he said well I can reprint them for you but at that point I was so in shock and couldn't believe what had happened I said no and left very shaken. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! Very rude staff!!! The staff and management is extremely rude. I sent an urgent package with medicine that was needed for family over night guaranteed delivery and spent over $160. The store refused the package twice even though their website doesn't say anything about about not receiving packages without having a mailbox. They were only concerned about selling me a mailbox for the one week my family is in the area every year. No one attempted to call me to let me know there was an issue so that I could rectify the situation so that the urgent medical supplies could be received by my family. The last individual I spoke with who did not give his name used passive aggressive terms like " brass tacks" and just told me if I didn't like it to call the UPS 800 number then proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back to ask the name of the individual somehow everyone had memory loss. read more

I purchased a product from TikTok and requested a refund. I planned to return it via UPS. On May 24, I visited this location precisely at 2:30 PM. I handed the items to an employee at the counter. However, a week later, I called the seller to inquire about the refund, but they informed me that they had not received the returned items. I then went to the UPS location to inquire about the whereabouts of the item. The employee informed me that they don't have the item, and they did not provide me a receipt, also they cannot see it is their System. This further confused me. They gave me a wrong receipt, and I requested to speak to the manager. I made a claim about my items and left my info. Next day the store manager calls me and informs me that there is no way to determine the item's whereabouts and that they had no solution. Despite having a camera, they failed to check the footage to find the missing item. I provided them with the exact time I had visited the store. They did not even bother to review the camera footage to investigate the matter which is very suspicious why not prove it that you don't have the item if you don't have it. The store failed to address my concerns and provided no satisfactory solution. There was communication, but it was ineffective. They simply repeated that there was nothing they could do. This experience has left me frustrated, as my brother's missing product and my issues wasn't solved. I never had a problem with ups before this location. read more

I came to this store a couple days before Christmas to print off a homemade gift for my uncle. The graphic designer was kind and knowledgeable and did everything he could to make sure the gift looked nice. My uncle loved it. Terrible customer service, booked an online spot for a notary appointment. When we got to the, they stated that they don't do notary services on a Saturday and have no control over the scheduling on their website, what?!? No cancelation email or phone call letting us know about the the lack of notary service for the day we selected. They even had the nerve to tell us that they've been slammed all day, well, update your services offered and take off notary services on Saturday and Sundays, that's a start. read more

Wow y'all talk about rude! I just went in here to return something from ATT. They told me I had the wrong item and the computer wouldn't accept it. Okay. Then they show me what they accept (never had one). "Sorry we can't accept it the computer won't let us." To help with trouble shooting, nothing! Customer service is horrible. This store is a "last minute hour changing" store. Be careful depending on them having regular hours. Got there before closing and hours changed for the day. Would have called but stop here regularly. The world has changed over to call before you go anywhere. This business is no different now. read more

When I suggested that he ask corporate to correct its website so people don't waste a trip here, he replied: "I could, but they won't fix it anyway." You know what "brown can do for you"? What a weird experience. I brought in a package that was a return to Amazon (not a free return, as I was paying for the shipping back) and had the unfortunate timing to have Vue as my service rep. I brought the item in its original package and did not tape it because I knew part of the return label needed to go inside the box. I've done returns before at the UPS in Stillwater (fantastic staff, btw) who gladly taped my box for me. Not Vue. He informed me that he would have to charge to tape the box. Really? I said "even though I'm paying for the shipping?" He said "You're not paying us" He did try to sell me a new box though (the one I had was fine, just needed to be taped) or a roll of tape. So of the 4 pieces of tape that this box needed, he taped 3 of them and then stood at attention with the tape behind his back saying he would need to charge me for the last piece of tape. I'm thinking he's kidding me. "So you're going to charge me for this 12" piece of tape that needs to go here? " He went ahead and did it "I'll do it this time, but next time please have your boxes taped" Won't be a next time, Vue. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but I'll be heading to Stillwater from now on. read more

Probably the worst experience I have ever had in a business. Was making a return for my girlfriend for a couple of dresses. Walk in and the employee does not say a word to me. I put my items on the table and I scan my QR codes. He then asks which QR code is for which I say I do not know(planning to figure it out as they are my girlfriends dresses) He then says Ok, Do you just want me to guess! and I said I think its for the V dress. He then says Would you like me to just guess! Its not my return! I was just trying to figure out which dress was for which QR code and this guy was the worst employee I have ever seen! UPS is cheaper than FedEx, more reliable than the post office, and more convenient to ship with because of the breadth of options. however, this store could use some work on the information side. had some employees who didn't seem to understand my questions, but that isn't a huge knock against them, they're trying their best. read more

After opening a large item that I ordered Amazon, I realized it was defective. I tried to pack it back the way it came but I could not for all of the parts in the box. I brought it to Ups with some items in the box and some in a bag. One of the employees took everything out of the box and on the third try was able to finally fit it all in!. Back in Wisconsin we shipped items via the UPS Store many times without a problem. This was our first time shipping via the Woodbury store. We shipped two iPads to Amazon to trade them in. We had the UPS Store pack the items for us and they arrived at Amazon destroyed. We paid $6.00 for packaging.... did they just throw them into the box without any padding?? There is $200.00 we would have received from Amazon down the toilet. Will never ship through this UPS Store again. Wish I could give them a huge ZERO!! read more

We just moved to the area and needed UPS shipping services and a business P.O. box. We signed up for our box today and couldn't have been more pleased with the efficient, friendly service Marcus provided at the store. He got us signed up in minutes and did a tutorial for the box process. We're set to go! In the past couple of weeks, we've also had great service with shipping things via UPS from the store, both having them package products for us, and shipping things we've self-packaged. We are grateful for the convenience of not having to go to the post office and we're so glad it's in an easily accessible area of town. We recommend this store! read more

Had the worst experience with the UPS store in Woodbury, MN. I had the store package and ship some small family memories including a very old stapler that was my grandmothers, a few pocket knives that my father always carried around, a shot glass that belong to a set that i have that my dad got in europe, a small metal figurine and an old pair of scissors that was my mother's. It arrived today. The box was smashed on the top and when i opened it, nothing was wrapped. it appeared he put a few of the air pillows for packing in the box but with all items loose and not individually wrapped, including the scissors, they deflated quickly. The shot glass is bent with scratched and nicks all over it, the handle of one pocket knife is chipped and the little figuring is all scratched. What type of a person packs a pair of scissors in a box without wrapping them much less other metal items???? read more

Shipped an item without tracking and it disappeared. They will tell you that if you don't buy tracking there is nothing they can do. They have USPS pick up the items from a bin and it is out of there hands. They will tell you to take it up with USPS with no additional information to give you and cannot help you any further. Very frustrating. If you dont need to buy their tracking, don't even think about stopping at this store. read more

A few weeks ago I wrote a very negative review of UPS and of this specific location. They had poorly handled our packages and when our items were broken, they denied us any sort of refund. After writing several upset emails, we received a personal phone call from the owner of this particular UPS (Woodbury) store. He apologized for the broken packages and the overall experience and promised to personally work with greater UPS to find a solution for our issues. Today we heard back from him to find out that he had spent the last week finding a way for us to get back our insurance claim. JR truly cares about his store and his guests. I can't speak for the customer service at other UPS stores but I can say that his store matters the world to him. read more
