If you ask for packing help, you're now required to ship using their inflated rates which are much higher than USPS or online options. I was told they "make no money" on packing, but forcing customers into overpriced shipping isn't the answer. I used to justify the higher costs for the friendly service, but that's not the case anymore as there is an older gentleman there that is very abrasive and condescending (at least has been my experience every time) Unless you absolutely have to use them, I'd say look elsewhere.

Without a doubt FedEx is the worst delivery service in the world, the USPS is significantly better…read more( let that sink in). They continue to deliver my packages to the wrong address. It's 50/50 on every package. Avoid using them at all costs and if I can tell they use FedEx I avoid ordering anything from that supplier.
