When returning your Amazon packages, make sure you tell them over and over some packages are separate orders..... apparently they sent all my items to one company instead of where each one came from. Which I did tell her they are separate. And now! I'm going through a shit show with Amazon customer service reps because they can't really help me or understand what happened. This UPS store saved my neighbor from being defrauded. They told her when she came in to send the check that it seems like fraud. The young man even pulled up a picture on line to show here that she was sending this to a house. The next day at the bank, she found out that it was indeed fraud, and called this UPS store, gave the tracking number to Brian. Thank God, he was able to stop the check from being delivered. They really did go above and beyond to help my neighbor and save her from loosing her money. Thank you Brian and all of the people at this UPS store. read more

Another 10 Steps Would Have Placed It At The Door But Instead They Chose To Leave In Driveway Where It Could Have Been Stolen Or Run Down! With a public notary and other business services, the UPS store is Yucaipa's best full office services location. They are often cheaper than the post office for unusual and heavy boxes and a more convenient option than the FedEx office in Redlands which has far worse service. Staff here take the time to find your b at and cheapest option. We regularly ship odd sized or shaped packages and the staff help with box selection or prepping advise. So special delivery the guaranteed options are good and they have a reasonable late next day guaranteed time window and close after 6pm. UPS has a small stock of cards and office supplies in store, have helpful staff and discounts for AAA and other memberships. Not a bad little place and conveniently next to Stater Brothers and Rite Aid. read more

was in there on 7/31/2020 just to mail a small parcel and a letter. i told the clerk jeremiah that i needed tracing on both items i did not get tracking on either he mailed my letter certified and mailed the parcel just regular shipping i did not check my recipt at the time because the price was so high i just figured that's what it cost there never ever going back i will stick with atlas storage no sur charges there. read more

I got conflicting information, they want to charge for a 12 inch piece of tape, and to get a PO Box it cost a minimum of $45. Although they were polite enough, they seemed like they wanted to do whatever they could to make this as difficult as possible. Perhaps you will have better luck but I left aggravated and disappointed. They had the ability to help me but they gave me the wrong information, wasted my time, and ended up being more expensive then I saw fair. read more

I walked in today to have a form notarized. It was 6:20 and this rude young girl tells me they stopped notarizing at 6:30 so she cant do it. I said "Well, I got 10 minutes". As my husband comes in (he's the one that needed to sign) she starts the process and asks that we confirm the address on the ID. My husband has an accent so I confirm for him. She says "Does he speak english". Yes he does but I confirmed to hurry up since she was in such a hurry to get out. She puts her stuff down and says shes cant do it because he cant communicate with her. So he starts confirming the address in english and she says "Too late, I cant do it". So I asked for a manager and he was nice and tried to explain her reason. He asks her "Did he speak english to you". She said "No, he didnt". (This is where I lost my patience with her) My husband has an accent but everyone understands him! The manager talks to my husband asks him a few questions, asks him to confirm the address and guess what...the manager understood everything!! I will not be returning to this office for any services at all. I'd rather drive out of the area than to deal with her again. Thank you to the manager for helping us out but when you have people like her working for you, you will lose customers. read more

I have never had anything printed at UPS before but was in a bind yesterday and Nick Judson at this UPS location came through! My best friend's father died and she and I designed the memorial program to be handed out at the funeral. We took it to Staples because they print while you wait but this time we were told it would take 5 days because they're too busy with back to school sales to take care of their print customers. The funeral was two days away and we only needed 60 copies but she couldn't have cared less. So we left trying to figure out where else to go. I thought we'd have to drive at least to Redlands to try another office supply store but I remembered that UPS offered print services so we thought we'd at least try it first since it was close. All three of the employees were friendly and caring. Nick, the Print Production Manager (MUCH more knowledgeable than anyone I've ever worked with at Staples!) looked at what we needed and said he could have it for us by Thursday. When we told him the funeral was Thursday, he said he could come in the next day (on his day off!) to do it, but then he thought about it and said he would get it done right then. It was only 15 minutes until they closed but he dropped everything and got them printed for us. And on top of that, they were on beautiful quality paper and already folded! At Staples, you pay more to have them folded so we had planned to do it ourselves. Funerals are a sad and stressful time for any family and we so appreciate that Nick cared and went the extra mile to take a little of that stress away. I have always loved this UPS store for their speed and courtesy when I've had packages to mail and now they will be my go-to for printing needs too. Staples has definitely lost my printing business and Nick at UPS has gained it! read more

While this UPS Store is in my hometown, the UPS depot was about 15 miles from me, that was mistake one. On April 9, 2015 I shipped a valuable parcel using this UPS Store as the manager/owner stated the ship rate is the same as going directly to UPS, mistake two. My parcel cost $57.65 to send to ILL., insured for $1652.00. Seemed high, however I was nervous about the contents arriving safely, so I paid the bill and off the parcel went, UPS Ground. Well, curiosity got the better of me, went to the UPS website and calculated the parcel cost. Had I drove the 15 miles, it would have cost $37.20....$20.45 less than what I paid. For the cost of a gallon of gas, I still would have saved $$$$$. When I phoned the UPS Store, the owner, Ms. Baker, insisted the rates were the same...no use arguing. So I phoned UPS, well, I learned that UPS Stores have the opportunity to charge higher rates on the services, of which insuring my $1600 parcel was a service. So this UPS Store made their insurance rates way higher because that is where the profit is. Had the owner truthfully said services were different then UPS I would have been given the choice to choose (UPS Store vs UPS depot) but insisting the rates are the same as UPS leads customers like myself believing these two are one and the same, mistake three. With all the sales of box supply items and postal-type mail box rentals at this store, that is where I thought the profit was made. But I truly believe the misguidance of "the ship rate" being the same as an actual UPS depot is how one is lured in. Shame on you UPS Store Yucaipa. Honesty will reward you with repeat customers. Your business practice gets a giant one star. I will NEVER spend my money in this business again, NEVER. read more
