Hopefully the manager of store 4888 sees this post. My package was packed irresponsibly by one of your employees who has no compassion or care for customers or their things. She was very dismissive with no follow up in regards to my claim I requested to submit on December 18, 2024. She either needs training or needs to find another job. I understand holiday times are stressful however, it's just as stressful for all parties involved. Now, I have to replace a $500 chess set because of your lack of integrity and due diligence to die your only job and "pack safely with care." read more

Years ago this store was neat, tidy, and clean. Good workers that were helpful. Now there's ups boxes stacked from floor to ceiling to where you can barely walk. Workers don't speak to you or stay on their phones. Counters cluttered. Horrible. Wish I knew who managed it now. Sad. read more

Visited this location to get a UPS box, the woman who helped us was very knowledgeable and sweet. I think she might have been the manager because she was the only one who really knew the store, and helped people. They offer UPS boxes like a P.O. Box, and 24 hour access to the boxes as well which is super convenient. They also sell some packing and shipping items. I noticed a few people came in to ship returns to amazon, they have a computer where you can print your shipping label out on, which makes things a bit more convenient if you can't do it at home. read more

Used the UPS store in Zachary and was very pleased. Staff extremely helpful, very pleasant experience, service great, also fast. A tad more than I expected to pay but staff so knowledgeable & so nice, really didn't mind....thanks girls for a great experience ! Will definitely use them again. read more

Owner is never there! Leaves only 1 associate in the store all day. The line to be serviced is always out the door and 2 business down. There should not have only 1-2 workers at this location! The store never has enough boxes and bubble wrapping! The workers are treated horribly! The workers KC and KAY are always polite and treats everyone kind. If there is a long line they seem to get the line down fast. The owner is very rude! She doesn't give proper understanding on information regarding filing a claim on packages that's been lost! I would not recommend opening a PO BOX at this location or the Sherwood location. I would go to any other location but those 2. The owner name is Dana and her " manager " name is Warren. Both I've had issues with regarding my PO BOX being closed when my box was paid 3 months out.. there's no way neither one of them couldn't tell me why it was closed when it was paid out. read more
