‍Reactive dog owner here!…read more I'd like to start off by saying I have never had a bad experience at any of the Unleashed locations! The staff at each store are absolutely phenomenal. I frequent this store for their dog bathing stations- we usually go to the Cary location but just found this Stonehenge spot which is a little closer to us. General Unleashed info: I always call ahead to reserve a spot for a bath- you must do this to ensure they have time for you. Baths are reserved for an hour. They usually fill up quickly for a weekend spot but I've never had any issues with same day reservations so long as you are flexible. I also really appreciate that the staff has always been super considerate and understanding when I specify that my dog is reactive to both other dogs and some people. I usually let them know while he looks super approachable because he's so fluffy and cute () he's kind of a butthead with strangers (). They always respond with kindness and politely give him plenty of space when we come in- and also let us know if there are other dogs in the store when we come in! I cannot tell you how much reassurance this gives us as owners to a reactive dog- we appreciate this courtesy so much! Protip: buy the frequent bather card! $60 for 4 baths and your 5th is free! They link this to your phone number so you don't have to worry about losing the card and it is good for use at any of their locations! Stonehenge specific: The bathing area is in the back of the store and is a converted bathroom and has plenty of space! I love that you can close and lock the door! (Re: reactive dog) There are ties you can use in the bathing tub as well as the drying area in case you have an escape artist. The water took a little to warm up but got to a nice mild temp for my pup. I would say the bathing station is a good size for dogs up to the 60-ish lb range. 70 and up might be a challenge just because of the height but I'm sure you could manage if you are determined. TL;DR $15 self bathing station, well worth the price for not having to clean up/well stocked bathing area and very accommodating staff.

Erin and Cooper are incredibly patient and skillful. Erin managed my VERY difficult doodle after many other groomers told me they wouldn't be able to handle him. She not only completed the groom with such skill but she was patient with me and listened to my concerns/questions in advance so that we could both feel comfortable. They kept me updated and the pricing is very fair -- great value for service! I can't recommend this place enough--Erin has a special touch that you won't find with your average groomers! My dog was very comfortable with Erin and Cooper plus their treats are now my pup's new favorite. (Obi says thanks for the Dino too!!)

It was on the Neighborhood Pet Bingo card so I stopped in to get a stamp. While there I browsed the selection and picked out some toys and treats. They were good quality and pricy, but comparable in price to other local pet stores. This shop is unique in that they offer their fresh dry pet food as a self fill station where you pay by weight. Pet Wants offers pick-up and delivery as well. The employee working the counter was welcoming and helpful. Overall, we had a positive experience here and recommend this shop to others!

Their downtown accessibility is a cornerstone for pedestrians in a car-dependent city, allowing consumers to avoid buying from big corporations simply based on accessibility, all while contributing to the local economy. Huge plus in my book! I could rant and rave about their staff until we're both sick of me talking. Not only are they knowledgeable - but they are so kind hearted! The friendly atmosphere and unique inventory sometimes inspires me to go in for goodies even when my cat is well stocked. Thank you for improving my cat's quality of life and mine. There's so many enrichment she would've never experienced without you. Y'all are my babygirl's heroes!

I have already submitted complaints through their online system and by email, but no one has responded or followed up. The lack of customer service and accountability is extremely frustrating. Pet owners trust companies like this to provide safe products for their animals, and ignoring customer complaints about damaged food is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pet Supermarket and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The store manager, Kayla, was especially rude and dismissive. Instead of being welcoming or helpful--especially to someone looking to adopt--her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They were so mean to the cat she jumped out the cage and was lost for several hours. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism, and that was clearly lacking here. The way I was treated did not reflect a business that values its customers or the community it serves. I strongly encourage others to be aware of how they may be treated before choosing to support this business. There are plenty of other pet stores and adoption centers that are kind, respectful, and genuinely care about both animals and people. I will not be returning.

The ladies at the shop were very positive and helpful and even wanted pictures of our lil pup Emma with her new sweater purchase on. There is a lot of variety of items but can also tell that what they do have has been carefully curated for their customers. Emma definitely had a great time looking/sniffing through the selections and I find that is the true test of a good pet boutique...if the clientele is interested! If you have a pet, come on by to OEOTL and see what they have to offer, I am glad we did and Emma has a nice new sweater from the experience.

All she did was insist that her employee did the right thing and warn me to bring in my receipt next time. Coming from out of state, I am very happy that they carry Fromm! They're decently priced (for…read moreFromm) with the same 12 bag get your 13th free plan at the store (via manufacturer). For our cat, we get the wet food brand Weruna - and although I'm used to a very similar Fromm purchasing plan of the bigger cans (per store policy at a different store), Pet Mania unfortunately doesn't do that here. However, there's a very huge flavor selection of this brand (that comes in the small cans), so I'm pretty happy with having many choices. Finally, my cat also loves a stuffed animal brand called supercat (mainly the dinosaurs though), and this store carries this with a price pretty competitive to that of Amazon. Very well stocked for being a fairly small store, so I come here for most of my pets' needs. Fair warning that compared to other commercial stores, some may think this is pricey; however, the selections here tend to be the higher quality brands overall.
