I had 2 issues when I contacted NEA. The company which I normally called was overwhelmed with service calls but referred me to NEA. Following a few days wait for a part for the stove I received a call that the part was in and I would receive the service the next day. Promptly at the hour I was told the service man came (?John) and in a flash the stove was pulled out, the part replaced and the stove returned to its location. Immediately thereafter the refrigerator icing area was exposed and series of maneuvers performed and the repair was completed. No more water leak and the floor dry since; and the oven works well. Total time about 75 minutes at most. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It is now my repair company of choice, at a very reasonable cost.

In a world of mass produced, cookie-cut things, it is refreshing to see independent, smaller-scale selection.
