This review is based on the pharmacy drive-thru service only…read more I've been coming here for almost a year filling a prescription for one of my dogs, who was diagnosed with a collapsed trachea. After the diagnosis, I called the Walgreens near my home and they didn't know what the prescription was for and didn't offer to help me in any way. I also called Costco...they knew what it was, but didn't have enough in stock to fill my prescription. I finally called this Walgreens and was pleasantly surprised they knew what the prescription was for and had the full amount in stock! So, I've been coming here monthly, to get the prescription refilled. I've always had great customer service in the drive-thru. I usually drop off the script and pick the prescription up the next day. It's always been ready first thing. A friend told me about GoodRX and I was able to get the same prescription for half the cost. You only have to give the pharmacist the coupon codes once, then the discount is applied to that prescription automatically each time you get it refilled. Overall a wonderful pharmacy, with knowledgeable staff and friendly service. One thing to note is they're closed everyday from 1:30pm to 2pm for lunch breaks, so keep that in mind if you want to use the drive-thru.

The reason why I never ever ever get any money off is because they didn't have my email address. So she entered my email address and I thought yay! I'm going to start getting some money off of purchases. Tonight. I had to run back up here and do some more buying and I answered my phone number and of course nothing had any money off. I told the guy. Yes I do want to enter my phone number and he got agitated. There was no one behind me and no one else in the store. So I gave him my email address and his lip started to curl like I was really putting him out. And then he asked me for my address and I'm like. Are you kidding me? This is a national company and they can't track my orders from my phone number and my email address. They have to have my address too. This is crazy. Thanks. I just told him to just forget it. Obviously I've been going this many years without any kind of a discount from them. I can go that many years ahead without any discount. Come on Walgreens. Get with the 21st century. Get your computers up to date and quit making people have to give everything including their address in order to get $0.25 off a purchase of cotton balls. Yours should be ashamed of yourself. No wonder nobody buys from you anymore. The only reason why I'm here is because there is no place else within 5 mi of my house

You could call in days in a row and never have anyone answer. They never have more than one person working with the pharmacist. The cashiers have always been friendly and helpful. Occasionally a cashier may not be 21 or older, so when buying alcohol, it could be a wait as they try to get an 'of age' cashiers to ring up your purchase. They have a drive-thru pharmacy which I appreciate. I hate going inside just to pick up a prescription. They also have phone message reminders for refills, which can be quite helpful. There's a photo center inside to get prints, or a DIY machine to print your own via USB drive. We've used this service in the past and had no issues. This location is also a FEDEX drop off site; however, it's limited on the size of boxes you can drop off. I love looking through their seasonal merchandise. They always have fun, last minute gift ideas. They have a weekly ad with sale items and new arrivals. Overall a nice location. Prices may not be the most budget friendly, but out of convenience, I'm sometimes willing to pay a little more. Would recommend.

I'm 40 now, and decided for the first time to buy my rugger 10/22 there. I was thinking, yes, I am glad that I spent my money there than other places that I could have made the purchase. on the tenth day, I realized my rifle was ready for pick up. I'm in the Navy Reserves now. 18 years in. I called in, because I did not receive the email to pick up my rifle. The employee working said he can see that my rifle was approved. But he cannot release it to me because he is from another store. I was confused. Why would they have someone there, who cannot sale or have access to realeased approved rifles/guns. I Went to drille and was drained, but wanted to pick up my rifle, and was on my way there, but I got out late, but the store does not close for 15 minutes. When I called, the manager Tanner Tarkington said, "Don't come in!" I was surprised, and questioned him, is that how you talk to customers. He took it back, and then wanted to know if I can make it in time. I told him I can, but since he acted that way, then I won't come in. I was not abne to come in on Sunday after Navy Drill. Monday I was not able to due to my kids sports. I finally walked in today, only to find out again, they cannot release me the rifle, because no one is working that can. They said one guy got injured on an ATV, and one guy called out. I was so upset. I said, I hope the guy is ok, and gets better, but I explained, that I have not able to get my rifle the same thing. I went to the front and explained my self to the lady and the manager Tanner Tarkington. Tanner, said what do you want me to do? I said, the only I have not been able to get my rifle has been due to him and his employees, and how I frustrated to trust, that I made the "Right" decision to make the purchase there. To tell people to go there and support our local Bi-Mart. I asked him, that I'm really upset and asked if he could do anything. He had no idea written on his face. And then he said, "What, do you want a freebeee? I am not able to just give you a freebee." I was so upset, that he said that to me. I told him, that its not a freebee, its compensation for being a loyal customer and all my troubles that I have gone through. Also for a Manager to just rudely say that to me, made me so upset that I got his name and card, with the Main manager "that is unavailable for two days" Mike Colbo." This store number is #648. The lady at the front was nice, and I did tried to call Mike, but got her again. I asked her, "how would you feel if you have had a terrible experience at a store, you want to talk to a manager, and the manager tells you that, about just wanting a freebee. Instead of acknowledging my issues sincerely, instead of saying what he said?" she explain, no, I would be really upset as well. He said he would not be able to help me. And I said I wont be buying from them, and I will letting everyone Know My Experience, and how Bi-Mart does not care for their customerse maybe they save what, 10 percent off a next purchase, or hundreds of my dollars, plus my family, my friends, military members, and so on, to not go to a place, where they do not value their customers.
