Quality of Product: 0 stars (cheap quality and blatant mistakes on personalization...misspelled "Tate", and put "Richard") Customer Service: Worse than quality of Product. Late delivery, (my wife even paid additional for a special box), yet they refuse to refund. They want to redo the mistake on the same poor-quality product, and take 3-4 weeks. Whatever you do, don't pay the extra shipping fee to receive your package sooner--it's a waste of money. I paid for expedited shipping, but my order has already exceeded the advertised 7-10 business day delivery timeframe. Even after providing proof that the shipping window had passed, the company refused to refund the expedited shipping charge. As of today, I still have not received my items, so I can't comment on the quality of the products themselves. If and when they arrive, I'll update my review. DO NOT order from this company if you need anything in a timely manner because they COMPLETELY MISREPRESENT DELIVERY DATES on their website. My gift was intended to comfort two little children (age 5 & 6) whose family dog (17.5 yrs old) died. The parents are devastated while trying to comfort their distraught children. I ordered two pillows with their dog's face on it on 11/4 (the day their dog died) - one for each child. The website stated 5-7 biz days which would be no later than 11/13. But the order tracking email I received said 11/20 because it was coming from China (which is NOT disclosed on their website) . I sent an email to customer service expressing my concern and expectation of a faster delivery timeframe (per their website) and they responded by giving me an even longer eta of 11/20-11/24, and asked me to be patient - never acknowledging their misleading website, I responded with a second email saying if these don't arrive on or before 11/20 (already a huge concession I'm making) I'll expect a full refund as these gifts will be rendered useless - their reply was to send me a patronizing, antagonistic email telling me to be "sympathetic" and that they're tracking them according to their last email, which quoted the extended delivery date of 11/24. They didn't say they're expediting the order to ensure a faster delivery date. To send condescending emails to a customer and mislead people on processing: & delivery dates, especially when your company's products revolves around sentimental gifts for grieving families, is unethical and unconscionable. I was going to wait until 11/20 and see if the gifts arrived before I wrote a review but that last provoking email I received from their customer service, telling me to be patient and sympathetic, confirmed they don't value their clients. (Or at least my business) so I no longer felt they deserved my patience. I'll still be tracking when these gifts arrive and intend to update my review with how the company handled my case publicly. I purchased a personalized leather-bound journal for my son's girlfriend's graduation, and it arrived bent in half with the binding damaged--clearly due to poor packaging. For a gift like this, that's completely unacceptable. I contacted Pawfect House and they offered me two options: (1) a replacement of my original order plus a 20% refund, or (2) a gift card equal to my order amount ($37.98). I chose option 1 immediately. Days later, I received the exact same automated email asking me to choose again. I replied again, but since then--silence. No replacement, no refund, no response. We got a 18" pool and patio sign. I just love it. It was delivered sooner than expected, It's lightweight so I don't have to worry about hanging it, the options/customizations offered made it even more perfect. It's going to be the perfect addition to our patio. I normally don't order direct from sites due to security concerns; I usually go to Amazon to see if their product is sold there. This item is, but it didn't have as many customization options so I chose to take a chance and I'm very happy with the result. If I had any complaint, it would be that I wish the colors were flipped. So instead of a black sign with light brown/tan accents, I wish I had the option of a light brown/tan sign with black accents. Otherwise, it's perfect! I will definitely order again. read more

Ordered Christmas ornaments for family members. Shipping has said it is out for delivery since 11/23/25. It is now 12/5/25 and no package. I have reached out repeatedly and every time they say they will escalate this and get back to me. They don't. Then they told me it was the fault of the post office and I needed to check with them. The item was never turned over to the post office, and there is no postal tracking number so how can I ask them. I ordered these items on 11/10/25 to ensure I had them by this weekend. Today they emailed and said they wanted to "make it right" and make another set of ornaments for me which would take 18-23 days to get here. They were on a cheap piece of plastic, not 3D as advertised and the backside is printed backwards. It had a film that you had to peel off and was extremely difficult to get off.
