When I get inside my complete order is not ready and while I am waiting a man says that he has been waiting for his Frappuccino for 20 minutes. When he did, I explained to him I hadn't received my food item and it turns out they hadn't even started on making it. After a few more minutes I did receive all of my items. I was waiting on my order for a total of 37 minutes. Also, when calling out the names on the orders they were so quiet only the person next to them would be able to hear them, except Soph. Soph( I think her name was) was loud enough so you could actually hear her and looked like she was working fast trying to get orders to people unlike the rest of the employees I saw.
