The flavor is very pungent and bitter. I will be opting out of that next time. As for their other drinks the matcha was pretty good. Service was quick and the guy inside was polite and professional. I'll be back again to see if another energy drink will hit the spot.

This is more of a fast food kind of coffee shop. You are able to study and work but just keep in mind that it's a limited space. Service: The service was great. I ordered and didn't have to wait long. (Please keep in mind that they also run a drive thru) They were helpful when I had questions and I didn't have any issues. Food: I ordered an iced matcha, a turkey, havarti and avocado croissant, a cinnamon coffee cake and an order of churros. The matcha doesn't taste like traditional matcha but not overly sweet like other places. It's a nice middle if that's what you're wanting. The croissant was good but nothing really stood out on it. I was really excited for the churros but sadly it was little lacking. The churros were chewy instead of crispy. The coffee cake was really good though. I recommend getting it warm and it really hits the spot.

Hey y'all, hey! I have to be honest with y'all... I think…read moreI've been living in a cave because I had no idea Bespoke Kitchen All Day Cafe existed. At 2600 W Sahara Avenue suite 101 The moment I walked in, I knew I was going to like it. It has that old-school family restaurant feel--but elevated. The sound of dishes clinking, people laughing, and the smell of fresh food coming from the kitchen made it feel warm, welcoming, and full of life. It even gave me a little New York café vibe. Anywhoddles... I ordered the Angus bacon cheeseburger on a toasted brioche bun with bacon, lettuce, and red onions. Y'all... That burger was BURGERING. And sorry about the pictures. The food looked so good I forgot to take photos before I started eating. Instead, y'all got pictures of half-eaten food. Now that I think about it... that's kinda a vibe too. I also ordered the avocado fries. At first they accidentally brought me zucchini fries. Before I realized the mix-up, I tasted one. Y'all... Those zucchini fries were delicious too!! The staff quickly and politely fixed the mistake and brought out the avocado fries. And listen...I had never heard of avocado fries before, but they were absolutely delicious. Crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauces. Between the zucchini fries and the avocado fries, Bespoke accidentally introduced me to two things I didn't know I needed in my life. The latte? Was Industrial strength. Exactly the way I like my coffee. Because if I'm going to drink weak coffee, I might as well order tea. And I love tea, but tea wasn't invited to the party that day. Anywhoddles... I went to wash my hands to always peek at the restroom too. Because if it wasn't clean... y'all already know I would be outta there. Happy to report it was spotless. I love everything about this restaurant. Even the way you order your food is an adventure. Y'all know how some places are just "stand here, order there, next"? Not this place. Even ordering feels like part of the experience. I'll definitely boomerang back. Those pastries were looking mighty tempting, and next time I plan on finding out if they taste as good as they looked. Sure, you can have this delivered. But honestly? The experience won't be the same. The sounds. The smells. The laughter. The atmosphere. It really deserves 10 Y'ALL... IT'S A WHOLE VIBE.

As you can see the steak looks like a wooden board, it did have decent juices but overall the taste wasn't the best. The toast was just plain bland toast, slight crunch but nothing special. The potatoes were actually good, good flavor, soft, nice little spices on top. Now for the worst part, the eggs, I'm not very picky with my eggs but these had like a throw up texture to them, way too fluffy, almost tasted like gerber food, took one bite and just left them there. Overall not the best breakfast I've had that's for sure. Steak: 6.9 Potatoes: 7.8 Toast: 6.5 Eggs: 4.5

When I lived in Hawaii, I would take my Pomeranian to Morning Brew or Arvo in Kakaako and we did our little walk. It was a ritual. I am happy to have a new home at Aspire where the coffee drinks are great and the staff are friendly. I bring my new little Pomeranian and do our walk around the park and stop in for our coffee. My new ritual here in Vegas. I only ever drink lattes but they are great. Relative to long wait times, it's part of the coffee culture to wait for espresso drinks made to order. This is true of just about every coffee place, including the Voldemort of coffee places (they who shall not be named, SB). Only difference is when you get your latte from SB it tastes like charcoal. Appreciate you, Aspire Coffee house, for creating a place that feels like home. Mahalo.

Here's my review of the coffee: Snickerdoodle coffee: all I could taste was milk and cinnamon. We kindly asked the owner to remake this and the remake was not much different from the original. Honey lavender chai: it tasted like a yankee candle. It was not good. We had ask the owner to remake it and it tasted a lot better but still not good Iced Honey lavender latte and macadamia nut latte: very watered down coffee last and didn't have much flavor. I honestly appreciated the customer service and the owner willingness to remake the drinks for us; however the drinks were lacking a lot of coffee flavor perhaps bc the beans they used aren't strong enough to give off good coffee aroma and taste.

I finished my hike and searched for my snacks and guess what? I forgot to pack them!! I was hungry and in need of a bit of caffeine. There isn't really much on that side of town, but google pointed me in the direction of The Haven Bakehouse. Wow! Such a beautiful, cool, modern, spacious shop! The barista there was so friendly. I guess they are known for their cookies, but at that moment, I really needed protein with a bit of caffeine. I ordered a breakfast type sandwich that had turkey bacon, some banana bread and a matcha latte that was just magnificent. I didn't have time to eat there as I wanted to beat traffic, but I would highly recommend it. My sandwich was good and satisfying and the banana bread was a wonderful consistency and not too sweet, just how I wanted it. I definitely need to stop by for their reputed cookies!

The staff were friendly and kind. The cookies were good however pretty hefty on the sweet side. My husband is diabetic so he had to limit his intake on these cookies. He loves chocolate chip but had to go with the less sweet cookie, the chewy oatmeal (which I thought was perfect!) I am not a cookie lover but my favorite one was the peanut butter and chocolate one because the salt from the peanut butter offsets the sweetness of the cookie. But my favorite item was definitely the banana bread, it was perfect!! I will definitely go back for that and perhaps a latte. If you have a sweet tooth, this place will definitely hit the spot. I would recommend trying this place out. It would be a good place for meeting a friend for coffee or even studying. Check it out for yourself and tell me your thoughts.
