I actually did consider leaving my car at La Strega and walking over to Better Days, but it was just too hot and muggy to do so. I'm no stranger to Summerlin, with the occasional visit here and there, but I've never seen or heard of this place. This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days. Yes, they are a hidden gem, but they have great drinks, seasonal and year long.

The cookie is sooo good. Not overly sweet and soft. I like the chocolate filling as well. The server also recommended the salt bread. I was not going to get this but he said it's really good. The worn-in leather chairs feel like they're waiting just for you, and it's the kind of place that convinces me to slow down, savor my drink, and linger longer than I planned. They use white ceramic mugs which I like and overall the drink was smooth and tasty. Easy to drink and enjoy. This place goes on the upper tier list of coffee shops in the valley along with Dark Moon, Mothership and Urth. If you find yourself near Summerlin, go. Well worth it!
