This location had the personable café feel I was looking for. The smaller size gave it more of a local business atmosphere, and the staff was extremely polite, well spoken, attentive, and on top of everything. The food was great and the coffee was good. The only miss for me was the Sammy. It looked and tasted very similar to what you might get from a national fast food chain, so the price was difficult to justify for that particular item. Otherwise, this location completely changed my impression. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience were significantly better, and I would definitely return to this Cafe Lola.

I'm no stranger to Summerlin, with the occasional visit here and there, but I've never seen or heard of this place. This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days. Very kind of her. Coffee: Of course the most important part right? On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a solid 8. It wasn't too bitter & it was served hot (not lukewarm) which is an absolute must for me! The oversized cup was filled to brim with the delicious brew! I don't get fancy drinks. My standard is a hot Americano with almond and sugar vanilla and this was exactly what I got and it was delicious. Areas to improve on: No Wifi. I guess it was not working. I had planned on answering work emails on my laptop while I enjoyed my coffee which wasn't possible. Uncomfortably warm inside. I'm not a hot blooded person by nature. Usually freezing indoors when the AC is on overdrive during the summer. It was really warm inside. If I was warm, I know others must have found it uncomfortable. Would I come back? Yes!
