Talk about luxurious! I have been to this Woodhouse a few times and always love the experience. I like to get there a bit early to use their rain shower and start relaxing with tea in one of the sitting rooms. During my past visit, they also brought around warm neck wraps to everyone waiting and they smelled like eucalyptus. The guest services team is so kind and helpful. I love their salt room and will be back during the winter! It has a warm uplifting glow through the pink Himalayan salt walls and the adjustable lounge chairs are warm and made of salt. During this visit, I had a massage with Aislin and will be requesting her again. She did an amazing job with the requested light to medium pressure, which I don't often find. They just added a $20 up charge to massage services on the weekend - so beware of that. It is pricey overall, but the experience is worthy of a very special treat of pure relaxation!

The sculpt facial and dermaplane were 11/10 My skin was glowing and lifted for days afterward. Love the spa amenities like the locker room, waiting areas with tea, and cozy robes. The gift shop is also amazing

I adore Woodhouse Spa! I try to go every few months to feel spoiled and pampered. I usually do the 50 minute body balance massage, but also add hot stones and sometimes an extra 30 minutes. It says to show up around 15-20 minutes early, but I always come anywhere between an hour and 45 minutes before my appointment so I can hang out in the relaxation room for a long time. Perfect reading time!! Every therapist I've had is wonderful. They are very communicative and strive to make it a great experience for you. I always leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to book another appointment. 10/10 spa!

After my anti-aging facial. Amazing results!

HEAVEN on earth! This was my first time at Woodhouse and I want to move in! You are immediately greeted as you walk in. After checking-in you are escorted back to the waiting room and shown the women's room to change and use the restroom. In the women's room you are given shoes and a robe to put on. I felt so pampered and spoiled. They also offer you a drink while you wait. I had one of the anti-aging facials done and my before and after pictures are incredible! My face was glowing afterwards and I felt like I aged backwards a few years. If I could afford to go every month I definitely would. What a magical experience!

I scheduled a 2 hour body balancing massage on a Friday at 3pm. This location is downtown which is perfect for me! It's right in the Bottleworks District. Downfall is you will have to pay for parking which stinks. You are already spending so much money for the massage then you have to pay for parking on top of it. I parked in the lot that's on the side and did 3 hours it was $6.75. I was greeted with 4 people when I walked in. I had an appointment so they asked me to just sign in and confirmed my service and gave me a short tour of the place. I went to the Ladies room where she showed me how to operate the lockers and asked for my shoe size for their slippers. She then asked if I wanted tea or water prior to my service and I asked for tea. She told me it would be waiting for me once I went to the "relaxation" room where you wait prior to getting your service. When I got to the room, sure enough my name was placed on the chaise that and my tea was waiting. Nice touch. I waited maybe 5 minutes then I went back. My massage was amazing! The guy that did my service listened to the pressure I wanted quite well. Afterwards he walked me back to the relaxation room and gave me instructions on what to do for the rest of the day. It was an amazing experience. I am definitely going back!

If you need a pamper day look no further than Woodhouse! I called to make my appointment and the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful in getting all of my services scheduled. When you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome and shown where all the rooms are and provided the most comfy sandals. You are given a locker that you can set a code on that has your robe in it. THE ROBE IS TOP TIER! I wanted to take it with me. After you're dressed you can sit in the quiet room that has soothing music, smells, couches and blankets. I could've moved in there. They have complimentary water, tea and snacks. I got the massage, facial and pedicure. After the massage, I was provided a list of stretches to do to help my tight spots and I thought that was so helpful. I will definitely be back!

I was gifted a 50mi deep tissue massage at the Woodhouse Spa for my birthday and I'm so glad for it! This place is a little cove in the otherwise bustling Garage area. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment because of traffic and timing. I called ahead when I realized I would be late and they said it was fine. Once I got there, my massage was only 40 minutes. Apparently they're booked up pretty tight so get there on time or lose your time. :'( not sure what their logistics are like but it would have been nice to have the option to reschedule instead of losing the time as it's not a cheap massage. Once I got to the spa, I signed my form and changed. The robe was incredibly thick and comfortable, a bit of a contrast to the itsy bitsy lockers in the locker room. Then there's a quiet room to wait for your massage or relax afterwards. The quiet room is supposed to be quiet but there were five people in there at one time so it wasn't as tranquil as I would have liked. In the quiet room they have two types of trail mix, cinnamon tea and spa water which are a nice touch. My massage therapist Courtney was wonderful, and she gave me a great massage. Even though we were a little short on time, she asked what my focus spots were so we could make sure to get those worked on. During the massage when I spoke about areas that needed more/less pressure, she was super gracious about adjusting. One of the best massages I've had, I can't imagine how much better it would have been had I had all 50 minutes! I will say, this massage was supposed to be a surprise and was emphasized a few times but I got a call a few days before my massage to confirm. Needless to say, surprise was spoiled but that's not a big deal to me. Not sure if they usually do anything special for birthdays/anniversaries but I didn't experience anything special.

I came in for my birthday and received the Deluxe Hydrafacial + the 80-minute deep tissue massage. I was surprised this location did not have other free amenities like sauna/steam room but I saw they have a salt room you can sit in for an extra charge. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the quiet room where you waited between services. There was pre-made tea (flavor was so good, may have been mint?) and snacks like trail mix. The massage therapist was male and respectful and made sure to ask what I was comfortable with and had great pressure. They also added some aromatherapy and it was a nice touch with the deep breaths. The 80-minutes went too fast! :) The facialist was very informative and sweet. She asked to try a few new things on me in addition to the Hydrafacial. She explained how the process and tools worked and reassured me that I was getting the full affect of the serums. She took extra time to go back and look for extractions and left my face glowing!! She also recommended some tools and products I could use at home and even brought me a sample of sunscreen. Lastly - this place earns lots of cool points for making my birthday extra special with champagne and cheesecake bites before I left - SO good!! Although this place is pricey, it's worth it to treat yourself and experience. I heard the other locations may have additional amenities included with your services.

Beautiful, elegant, clean. My only complaint is I was so relaxed I fell asleep. The massage flew by. I am very much looking forward to going back soon. 100% worth the price for a luxury spa experience.

Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. I appreciated the custom facial and was surprised that the glow was instant. Highly recommend!

Tina also helped us order a lovely lunch from Capitol Grill and took overall very good care of us while we relaxed and waited for our spa appointments. The services: Both of us had nice services but honestly both felt we had had better for various reasons. My esthetician was good and did a very nice job but I had added on a leg scrub. The leg scrub was great but it came At the sacrifice of the hand and wrist massage you might typically get. My friend's service was good but was slow to start and the provider had some clumsiness issues and dropped items on the floor creating loud noises. It was so warm in there that we just couldn't force ourselves in the hot tub or the sauna/steam room. Tips: 1. there is street parking, which is free on Sundays 2. But not Kim! She really knows how to work with each individual and cater to what they want/need when it comes to alignment and shaping. I really don't know what I would do without Kim (probably still walking around with my unibrow or had someone ruin my thick, full brows). Kim also changed my world when it came to my skin. Kim has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel confident and beautiful in my skin. The Spa scheduled our joint massage for 2PM. June 10th, 2026. Our therapists' names were Katie and Kennedy. Kennedy was to do my massage and Katie was to do Charlotte's massage. Within minutes after our massages began, Katie began coughing. Katie's coughing continued for the next 23 minutes. I know this because I found it to be quite disturbing and therefore noted when her coughing began and when it ended. Her cough was very deep and I could hear what seemed to be the sound of phlegm in her cough. When our massages were through and I was leaving, I told the receptionist that I wanted to speak to a manager. I was told that there was no manager present. I then asked her to have the manager call me. When the manager called me back, I told her what had transpired during our massage and she told me that she had not noticed any signs of a cold or coughing from Katie. She told me she would check into this matter and call me back. When the manager called me back the next day, she informed me that she'd spoken with Katie and Katie told her that she had been sick but was no longer sick and had been given a note from her doctor saying she was able to go back to work. She said she was sorry this had happened. I told her that I should not have had to pay for this massage and was highly dissatisfied with her casual attitude that this had happened, but acknowledged nothing about how Katie's persistent coughing had interfered with the tranquility we should have received from of our massage but didn't. She then finished our conversation by saying she would "speak with someone higher up" and call me back by the end of the day. I never received any call back from anyone regarding this matter. From my point of view (and I speak for my wife, myself as well as [I believe] many others who give themselves the benefits expected from a good massage), a massage should not only work to relieve the body's muscles aches, pains and other medical issues, but also equally important, relieve the stressors of the day and help make one's mind calm and at peace. This certainly was not the outcome of our massage. Imagine yourself Charlotte settled in, awaiting your masseuse. The masseuse comes in, introduces herself; then asks a series of questions relating to your upcoming massage. After her questions have been answered, she then applies lotion all over your (Charlotte's) unclothed body, then begins the massage, rubbing lotion into your skin. No later than five (5) minutes from the time that she begins, she (Katie) starts coughing every 10 - 15 seconds. You begin to wonder about the level of sanitation of this masseuse' hands given this persistent coughing. The coughing shatters the peace and quiet of the room, making any peaceful rest as the time progresses difficult, if not impossible. More to the point (and even more alarming) a fear creeps into your mind that the lotion she is rubbing into the pores of your body may subject you to "catching" whatever she has. You are not only unsettled by the persistent coughing, but you then begin hearing phlegm in her cough. I, Charlotte's husband, being in the same room, was not only greatly unsettled by the persistent coughing, but also the possibility that Charlotte and/or I could catch whatever malady Katie was suffering from. Well, coming full circle, contrary to the last statement made by whomever called me twice (after we'd left the salon), no one has called us to discuss this matter further. The representations of what the person who called me after we'd left the salon were: 1. Katie had NOT been sick at the time Charlotte & I underwent our massages; 2. Katie had been to see the doctor recently with respect to her coughing issue and had not only told her she didn't have any health issue(s), but ON TOP OF THAT, the doctor had given Katie a note to take into work, stating that she (Katie) was NOT sick; was able to attend to her duties relating to lotioning & then massaging patrons, and 3. In support of the foregoing representations made by him to Katie, the doctor purportedly provided Katie with a written note memorializing his (the foregoing) representations. I, for one, would like to see that note. In closing, I'm not inclined to believe the veracity of what has been told to me by the manager (assuming she is a manager) of the salon located at 8594 E. 116th Street, Fishers. I'm pretty upset not only by the incident itself, but even more
