The staff are knowledgeable and affable, and I know this store is a new place to visit when in the area. ADDENDUM: The coffee service has taken a hit. No longer are you drinking from proper cups and saucers. It's all paper cups. That kind of kills the feel of the place, so it was once very cool but it gone down slightly. I think Pip has made it clear though--we're not going back there. Drinking high quality tea from paper cups will not stand.
