My fork was also dirty and not washed well enough. That's the bad out of the way, but there was definitely some upside. The food was phenomenal. The Margherita pizza was the best that I'd ever had, and the chicken parmigiana was fantastic. Everything came out fresh and hot. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu, and we had a total of 4 different workers who came up to us for one reason or another. (I didn't ask for any managers or anything don't worry lol) Overall, the food carried the experience for me.
