Really really great place. It is not even a year old. They don't have a full menu, and a bunch of their things are substitutions. For example, the pretzel bites came with mustard instead of their cheese sauce. The goat cheese crostinis had arugula salad instead of homemade pesto. Lots of little things. It was all delicious though, and the reason was that they don't even have a full time chef at the moment! So I am impressed. I think the dates should have been wrapped in bacon, not prosciutto. That was the only dish that was lacking. The prosciutto made it too heavy somehow. They were also out of a few wines. But they offered ideas and suggestions for replacements. The high ceilings are gorgeous. The ambiance is high class and plush. The gender neutral single stall bathrooms are amazing, with sliding doors and nice decor. Incredible food. Mom and I got a charcuterie board, and split the filet mignon burrata toasts (TO DIE FOR!), and split a Red Blend. Immaculate vibes and great food, so glad there's a good wine and tapas place here! Jupiterfooddiary here! We popped into Rembar on a whim and we'll certainly be back! We ordered Super Tuscan red wine and a chocolate mouse dessert, and it was all wonderful! The servers are very friendly, and will let you sample a wine before you order a full glass. The bar is dimly lit and there's a separate back room if you want to sit at a table for dinner. Note that their happy hour currently goes until 7pm! We will be back, it's a great spot. read more

Went here for a friends birthday dinner and was not disappointed we got the Remboard and Caprice board (both not pictured). They both were amazing! I also got the burrata which was equally as amazing especially when I added honey! The staff was extremely accommodating and nice. The wine list is nothing extraordinary and more on the basic side but definitely still has a good selection and some interesting blends. 5 stars for all the above, from food, to ambiance, to outstanding service, REMBAR is my new favorite place! The decor was sophisticated, modern and intimate, a nice change to what we're use to seeing in this beach side community. The employees were welcoming and attentive from the start. Colton, the bartender, was an absolute legend! I was there by myself while waiting and felt like I had a new friend immediately. He's very knowledgeable on wines and gave great recommendations. My girlfriend and I never felt hovered by him, as some bartenders like to do, and enjoyed his company all night long. The food was absolutely tasteful and delicious!! The dates app I highly recommend, but then again everything we ordered I would recommend, it was absolutely mouth watering! They also have different theme nights and the happy hour was terrific, plus it goes on later then many other local restaurants! Rembar is my new favorite go-to place! I just found this great bar in Juno beach! They have a super knowledge staff and everyone is very friendly not snobby at all. It's pretty upscale but they didn't kick me out for wearing a work polo and slacks . I'm more of a beer guy ( which they have a nice selection of bottles) but after talking to Diego ( the wine master) about what kind of wine I don't like he produced a few samples of wines that I ended up loving!
