I came into the shop today for a return from another Nutrishop in Norco. I knew it was possible that I wouldn't receive an exchange because I did not have the receipt, but I did have a copy of my body scan from the day I did make the purchases, which allowed me to give some credibility to my claim. The girl at the desk was super friendly and welcoming. After explaining my situation to her, she was able to resolve my problem. She allowed me to do the exchange because the products were not open and unused. Since they were of equal value, it wasn't an issue. I am super appreciative of her helpfulness. This'll be my new supplement shop away from Norco.

Unfortunately, once the manager, Chris, became involved, the tone shifted entirely. Chris spoke to my wife in a condescending and dismissive manner that was both unnecessary and unprofessional. When I calmly addressed the way he was speaking to her, he became defensive, muttered comments under his breath, and walked away in what felt more like a tantrum than leadership. A manager sets the standard for customer service -- and this was not it. What was most concerning was the behavior that followed. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he repeatedly walked past us glaring, creating an uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere. That is not how a manager should conduct himself in front of customers or staff. We value professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below that standard. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Customer service starts at the top. I hope ownership takes this seriously.
