However, the way to work that out with a dedicated customer is to explain WHY (using a friendly tone that shows you appreciate your loyal customer). Instead i was NOT called back immediately (when i was promised a call) and I told James I was ill and he said the owner told me to come in anyway. Also he said he was having a problem refunding me. So, no - I do not own this mishap. You are quick to craft a YELP response to CYA but you were not quick to show appreciation or respect to this customer of yours for years now. So yeah - the only people who should buy from you are the folks who only care about getting high and do not care about loyalty or great customer service. You had TWO people in your store who were EXCELLENT : the Black young man who knows exactly what he is doing and the Young Latina woman who was always so nice and efficient. But these days I don't know what is going on.

Fast forward a few days and we didn't like that preworkout. Went back and again was greeted immediately only this time by a guy named Ted. He accepted the return with no hassle and helped us choose a new pre workout of which a customer then commented and endorsed the product as well. He then proceeded to give us 2 samples of different flavors of that product. He was very enthusiastic and helpful. Great experience all around!

Buying online was an easy experience but the store is not professional. I called the store to confirm my pickup and the manager informed me that they won't honor curbside pickup if it's busy as only 2 people working. Mind you this location is not busy to the point where someone cannot come outside to honor curbside pickup. It's a small store and literally the parking is in front of the entrance. They should be more clear on their website when ordering that curbside pickup is at the discretion of the store instead of giving customers false information. I walked inside to pick up my order and the young guy working at the store was polite but the manager wasn't nice. I was curious wanted to know if the same discounts as the website are applied in the store as well but the associate told me it's up to the manager to honor it or not!!!
