It was like we were inconveniencing her because she was so busy . But , again we were the ONLY table . We were never checked on after ordering two appetizers from of server despite saying we wanted to order lunch . We had to flag down the server because she was just hiding in the back the entire time and the drinks took 20-30 min to deliver . Which , I personally think is excessive . I will say the owner , was a delight and took her time to introduce herself and check on us . I've heard her paint nights are great !

We were in a prime location, close to rides, and the food court. We could hear the live music from around the corner. Had a large shade tree and breeze at our location, and in close proximity to the restrooms. The Fair opened at 4pm, but there were people in earlier than 4, maybe 4H or other vendors and their families. Even though it was a warm day it wasnt too bad being at the booth with the breeze. They had alot of food vendors, sale booths and rides. It was a good size Fair and the turn out was great. I enjoyed the vibe and people we interacted with.

The owners are required to advise their staff that there is handicap parking and where to go. My friend did get upset with the lady as we were there for a few hours and leaving where we entered as we exited and saw her. Her manager did not use her customer service and communication towards my friend but was disrespectful him and in front of other workers. There is a way to handle this issue via being, cool, calm, collective with the customers.

The one thing they need to work on is their beer taps. They have been an issue for many years. They are always very finicky and have foam issues. This, as you can imagine, is a huge issue when you are pouring for a fundraiser. Irritated guests makes for less money raised. I'm not sure how they need to fix it, but since it's been an issue for many years, something needs to be done. Besides that, our event last night, like many years past, ran smoothly. The wall street room is nicely decorated and the brick decor is very cool. They have recently added a garden area for weddings. Leading Up to the Wedding: We did a final venue tour about a month out where we went over questions and site details with the venue coordinator. It went really well and Melissa guided us in thinking through final decisions based on her expertise, but did an incredible job at prioritizing our needs and vision. I put together all of our contracts, tablescapes, and details of who would be bringing what to the wedding in a folder for her so there wouldn't be any surprises for her. Day Of Wedding On the day of our wedding, Melissa took care of all of the details which included overseeing set up of both the ceremony and reception areas at our venue, being the contact person for our vendors, and ensuring we stayed on schedule with our photographer and for the wedding. When I arrived to the venue, she asked a few questions to confirm details and then sent me off to finish getting ready. I ended up doing significantly less work than I thought day of thanks to her! She was so incredible to work with and she ensured that we could enjoy our wedding day together and not have to worry about little details. As an event planner myself, I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking at ways to ease stress and enjoy their wedding day!
