Had a large shade tree and breeze at our location, and in close proximity to the restrooms. The owners are required to advise their staff that there is handicap parking and where to go. Her manager did not use her customer service and communication towards my friend but was disrespectful him and in front of other workers. There is a way to handle this issue via being, cool, calm, collective with the customers.
