All the groomers are amazing. However, we routinely see 2 of the groomers who have spoiled him tremendously. He knows them like family and has become accustomed to the services associated with the process. I have before and after, take a peek. Not only did we have private lessons at an affordable fee, we have continued to use all Back In The Pack services! I would never leave Leo with anyone but Dari, and I think Leo feels the same :) There is something about her voice and her personality that immediately got Leo to listen! She worked with us on basic obedience but we had bigger issues including nipping , walking control on leash, commands and reversing bad behavior. You are provided hands on training and so is the puppy/ dog :) I had very high standards when selecting a trainer, and all exceeded . As a trainer she keeps it real, Dari will let you know a) the dog is doing this because xyz and B) you as a owner and handler are doing xyz which isn't consistent with trining and your goals. Dari is also a wonderful person, mother, wife and family woman with a contagious drive to do better and more! Wonder Trainer and Wonder Woman!!! Leo and I adore you.

He also couldn't go for a walk more than 4 houses from ours. Within a week of boot camp, he was walking on a leash without any issues. He was more confident with so much less anxiety. We highly recommend Dari whether it's boarding or training as your dogs will be in good hands!

I recently scheduled overnight sitting services and can't express how at ease Nanke made me feel with my pups in her care while I was away for 2 weeks. Her communication is on point. She sent detailed updates and pictures every day, along with videos where I was able to see how excited my dogs were seeing her come in the door and just being around her...and that put me at such ease. I know they received so much love and attention in her care, and if she had a concern about anything, I would get immediately notified. My dogs have a complicated med schedule right now, and she took care of everything perfectly without any complaints. She was also an amazing houseguest, everything was in order when we returned, and she left us the most adorable "welcome home" card and gift. I 100% trust Nanke for any future overnight sitting needs. With regard to dog walks, Nanke definitely knows how to handle the big pullers!! I have two strong dogs and am so glad to have finally found one that feels confident walking them. I can tell safety the well-being and safety of my dogs is her priority whenever she's with them. She's extremely reliable, always comes on time for regularly scheduled walks, and has also been able to help with sporadic weekend walks when needed. Their services are also very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of care my dogs receive. The scheduling app is great and easy to use, and everything is transparent (with regard to service descriptions and costs, scheduling, and invoicing). No complaints at all!! After being employed at Dulles Pet Hotel & Daycare for roughly 3 years, I wish I had all positive…read morethings to say. However, in my time working for this company, I quickly gained a love and care for every single pet that had entered the facility. I even made lifelong connections with certain clients. During my time while working for this company, I quickly came to the realization that employees (like myself and others) were not being treated fairly, not being treated with kindness, and my own personal information was not being kept private. Most importantly, while working for this company, it was clear that the environment of where the pets were staying were unsafe, unsanitary, and the conditions strictly depended on who was scheduled to work. There are many broken/damaged boarding runs that may or may not have been fixed, boarding runs that are rusting, some have screws/pipes/sharp objects sticking out, drains where debris from urine and feces go are not properly sanitized, and there are many attempted fixes on boarding runs using items such as duct tape, zip ties, and cut in half PVC pipes. There have been multiple occasions where the AC or Heating would be broken for multiple days in weather conditions when it was needed. There had also been other occasions where the dryer for laundry had caught on fire and was not fixed. There had been maggots, flies, and fruit flies found in soiled bedding for dogs, and the list goes on. In my time working there, I had such great relationships with pets as well as clients. This being said, the thoughts of what Dulles Pet Hotel & Daycare would be like without me and a select few other employees who are leaving or have already left, is why it was much harder for me to leave after so long. I personally would not bring my pet to this facility, and highly recommend owners to take their fur babies elsewhere.

I have gone to them for several years and they are professional and compassionate at the same time. They have Paul plans which are basically sort of like insurance, but geared towards their Clinic. They are also very proactive when it comes to fur babies and everything that they need to stay healthy. The staff here are even there for you when your fur baby is not healthy whether it be sickness or an injury. These folks are miracle coworkers when it comes to helping the fur babies, especially those who can be a little special I need a little bit of extra attention or special handling... e.g your problem fur babies LOL I completely recommend this place!

Whenever we need to cancel or reschedule it is super easy to request online and, again, Woofie's is super accommodating, friendly, and responsive.
