I love their coffee as well as their prices. They have great customer service the girls there are all so friendly. They always ask how your doing and what your up to that day. I frequent there so often they remember my drink. When they opened one on Sullivan it was mine and my fiances dream come true. Im pretty sure we get a coffee there everyday of the week, thank god for their coffee card, where you receive a free one after 10 lol. Try it out you will never go to starbucks again. Also you cant put a tip on if you pay with a card so bring cash for a tip you will feel bad if you cant tip them. read more

I hate to give one star...because I really love their coffee and the staff at the Evergreen location are fantastic. No really they are fantastic. But this location is lack luster at best. The few times I have gotten coffee at this location it has been weak. And the parking sucks. You have 6 open stalls and one handicap. What sucks is that your staff take up the parking spots that should be for the customer. Two of the last three times I have met a client there I have had to either walk through the back of the building and into the dirve thru lane or park across the street. As of now I will no longer walk in there nor suggest it to my clients. I wuold suggest having your employees park of site. Today three of the six spots were taken by your staff. read more

Almost every single time I get coffee ( sugar free French vanilla Mocha extra hot ) here it's never extra hot and they always forget to add the chocolate or they don't make it sugar free . The people that work at the Pines location are AMAZING! I've been coming here for coffee for so many years, even when I go a while without stopping by the ladies remember what my favorite drink is! I always get a bright smile and a very genuine "hey how've you been?" and my drink always comes out perfect. And besides the great customer service, they make excellent drinks and their pastry options are great. My only complaint is that they run out of triple berry scones too fast! read more

Best place ever to get coffee!! Very impressed with the girls because my drink has been PERFECT the last like 25 times. It used to be hit or miss but seriously no matter the location or person it has been amazing. I've heard some bad things in the past about how managers treat the employees there and that's the only reason I'm giving a 4 star instead of 5! Stopped in to the pines store today, typically go to Sullivan store. My Barista was actually quite snotty and rude, and my coffee was wrong and gross bummer. Went back through to the other window, the other lady fixed it and was kind. What's going on with all these new employees, that aren't even nice?!? read more

My favorite place to get coffee. They have unsweetened almond milk, appropriately dressed baristas and nice inside seating.

I Love the awesome service this location gives! When there are 3 or more cars in line someone runs out from the building and gets the orders. I love this because it speeds up the long line service a lot. When you get to the window there is always a warm smile and a little conversations. I really like being treated like a person and not just getting my coffee and be rushed to get to the next customer, even though they are extremely busy. The manager of this location has trained them very well. I hope for continued success too this company. I wish they would open moor locations. One on Trent between Argonne and Sullivan would be great for me. I don't go south of I-90 often any longer. I pray they are successful enough that they can expand their business. read more

I absolutely Adore this place!!! I used to live in the Valley and always went to this location. I have been going there for many years. their coffee is not too dark, or too watered down, it's very well balanced. they are very fast which is nice, and they employees always seem to be very cheerful and greet me warmly. when I lived in the valley - since I went here a lot they would remember my favorite drink - and just the way i liked it - which can be hard because my drink is kind of complex, so I love that they remember. and if the line is too long they will come out and get your order so it will be ready when you get to the window. I live on the South hill now and am SO glad that they built a WUC on 5th. they still have a little ways to go I think. The drink isn't always done the same way - like maybe different portions of flavor?? but Either way I still love their coffee. One of my favorite places to go. :) read more

One day our usual coffee venue was full and so we decided to try this place. On good days, my wife uses a walker -- on bad days a wheelchair. There is limited parking and it is a long walk from the handicapped parking across drive up lanes. However, that is a design issue. The building itself is wheelchair accessible and there is plenty of room to get around. The brewed coffee is hot, fresh and flavorful, and the lattes are smooth and tasty. Rocket Bakery supplies delicious muffins and scones. The staff seems friendly and the service is prompt. One quibble: the drink menu is on a flat screen monitor and is very hard to read across the counter, past the work area and up on the back wall. Some paper menus would be nice. Returned and this time, I saw menus printed out and mounted on tablet sized pieces of corrugated display panel. The display cabinets were kind of dirty looking--could be smudges or could have been cleaned with something abrasive. The counter has an area that seems to be used like a desk. Papers, folders and a laptop in plain view. Last time I shrugged it off as maybe something unusual. Apparently this is a common use of counter space. Looks kind of sloppy. I always order the same exact thing and the prices on the same exact drink is always changing depending on who is working. I asked them why they charge me 50 cents to a dollar more with different people. They just said that some of them might have the price wrong.. really? This has also happened to my friends. I feel as though they are ripping people off. Today I went in and only took the normal price of what I pay and the cashier wanted 50 cents more. I said they never charge me that price and I'm here almost daily and order the same exact drink. She just said oh ok and starred at me as though I was going to pull out the extra money. What a joke. Great locations, great service. but the brewed coffee, in my opinion, is terrible -- weak, weak, weak. It's like drinking hot water. Tried it several time in hopes it was just a momentary lapse. But alas it wasn't. It's consistently almost tasteless, Cup a Joe, Rosauers, Starbucks, Forza (very good), Trading Company, etc. are all great alternatives. How can you screw up coffee?!!! Especially when you're a coffee shop. Then again, most customers never know, because they order fru-fru drinks with caramel, vanilla, chocolate and all sorts of silly flavors. If that's what you're ordering, this place will be great. If you want coffee... well, you decide. read more

I spoke to owner so i went back to pick up red card . Parking lot was full but only 2 people on line talking to the manager for about over 10 minutes, while others did nothing. This will call location truly sucks! They just kept chatting and chatting, i was going to ask for card and the get two coffees which i was going to pay for. But my business was not wanted. I am too old to get decent service at this very white, young location. This has now happened 3x at this location. Oh, yes when i finally got to front of line, after waiting for 2 people , not ten. The manager says, You dont have a card? I always ask if customers have a card. err, no you bigoted ageist location does not ask! I am amazed how so many coffee places give bad service when they are serving just coffee to many. I grew up around coffee in NYC Little Italiy. We respected all people , not just the young! Also, got coffee just as good at McDonalds in less time and it was as good and cheaper.. I will never go back to this location and maybe never go back to Wake Up call..... read more

Last time I was at this location they messed up my drink order so I went inside this time. Big mistake. I have never seen a more disgusting counter and prep station like this before. It had months if not years of fingerprints, grime, spills and crumbs in the display case, on counters, machines etc.. oh, and they got my basic order wrong, again . The only reason I went to this location instead of my usual location was because cuse my usual location on Evergreen messed up my order three times in the last month, the new location on Division also mixed up my order. The service has gone way downhill. Shame on the employees and managers that let this amazing business fall from my original 5 star review to a 2 star. If you are going to force employees to come out and take orders without being able to write it down so they can remember than stop having them come out to our cars, it creates confusion for them and poor service for us. Boo to WUC customer service as of late. Time to find a new place for my daily habit. I've heard this from several of my friends so thought I'd write a review since it's not just me and becuase its happening at multiple locations. The other Division location by Lowes didn't put chocolate in my mocha. I gave several chances because the coffee is so good, it's not worth it though, esp after prices went up, again. The coffee was medicore. The service was fast but not personal. The barista made no effort to carry on a conversation and simply pushed a few buttons and managed to pump syrup from a bottle. The couple of drinks we ordered were consistant in temperature and taste but the personalized experience was poor. We also recieved a moldy bagel which they did replace when we returned to the store but it was a last ditch effort to salvage our experience. The drinks were priced well but i would rather pay more to have a personal experince that doesnt seem manufactured or assemly line. If i wanted a starbucks quality experience, i would go to Starbucks. This is just a medicore copy cat. read more
