The staff working here is total chillers! They are super nice and friendly. I popped in to check it out and it's divey but in a good way. They have yummy slices! You can totally customize them too. Important thing to note: the ranch is pretty dang good! I also got a mini cannoli as a sweet treat and it wasn't bad. I would def pop in again soon!

Walnut Room has worked its way to 5 stars over the years. I'm officially locked in on their hot wings. My friend helped me place the best order: all wings, double cooked, extra saucey. Sooo good and some of my favorite wings in Denver. I always order either that or their Pickle Flatbread. Love sitting at the bar and enjoying their wide variety of beers on tap. It's a fun neighborhood vibe!

Walnut Room is a staple in the RiNo area! They offer everything from darts to golf simulators (The Back Nine). It's a great place to come watch sports games, too! They now have a front patio to bring your pups with TVs. They have great specialty pizzas, delicious salads, and a variety of sandwiches. The pickle flatbread is one of my favorite items on the menu! The service is great even when the place gets busy.

The Walnut Room is a cozy restaurant that serves beer, wings, sandwiches, and pizza. They have a nice covered patio. The wait staff were very friendly. It did take a while to get our food but the wings were delicious! The pizza was pretty good but I would say I've had better. Overall, it is a good place to grab a casual bite.

Five of us came in pretty late night on the last evening of our trip and we were so pleasantly surprised by the service and food quality. The menu was extensive which can sometimes be a red flag, but each item that we ordered came out hot, fresh tasting and delicious! The Fat Bastard was a classic beef dip on nice bread with silky au jus. The flat bread was loaded and another guest at our table had the spinach dip which was well received and had a large portion. Great beer options and cocktails were also well made. Even though it was the end of the night, our server was attentive, offered good recommendations and was just an overall fun guy. The entire place had a great vibe, a dash of sports bar with a dash of fun neighbourhood classic. Not to mention, very affordable! Would definitely make this spot a priority on my next visit!

I cant believe we found an ohio bar in denver! Awesome beer selection and fire wings! We played darts while we waited for our food, which is one of our fave bar things to do. The boards were like brand new! They also had a gold simulator and other game options in the back. I loved this place! Felt right at home!

Super super good food! The wings were meaty and had a really nice heat kick to them! The boneless wings were bomb, I loved the sweet Thai chili sauce. The wrap was also great with nice amount of dressing and meat! The food came out a little slow for not being too crowded but it was worth the wait! We sat outside on the covered patio which is always nice! Looking forward to trying more on the menu!

Great food, yummy drinks and lots of beer. Inside and outside tables to eat and a nice bar to sit at as well. There are golf simulators in the back bar. Was a nice, enjoyable lunch with great staff that were friendly and helpful. Good find.... go check them out!

Blue Pan Pizza - Congress Park: Not Recommended…read more Unfortunately, Blue Pan Pizza did not live up to the hype for us. We spent nearly $100, but the food was surprisingly bland and under-seasoned. We started with the meatballs, which tasted as though they might have been frozen. We also ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, but it was runny and lacked flavor. Even the chips couldn't save it, lol. My partner makes a much better version at home--and hers tastes like it was made with love. There really is a difference. For our main course, we ordered a Supreme Detroit-style pizza. Since I'm from New York, it reminded me more of a Sicilian-style pizza, which I usually enjoy. Unfortunately, the cheese was extremely dry against the bread, and even the ranch couldn't help. Also, why do people eat pizza with a fork and knife? Maybe I was raised like a savage in New York, but you're supposed to pick up a slice, fold it, and eat it. The restaurant was extremely crowded, and the overall experience felt more like a process of getting people in, serving them, and getting them out than creating an enjoyable dining experience. The food didn't seem to be prepared with much care or attention; it felt more like an assembly line. We also felt somewhat out of place in the restaurant. That alone wouldn't have been an issue, but combined with the food, crowd, and overall atmosphere, it simply didn't feel like our kind of place. For nearly $100, I expected significantly better food, flavor, and service. Honestly, I've enjoyed pizza from Papa Murphy's, Cicis, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Sam's Club, Costco, Mondo's, and Marco's more. If you're looking for great pizza, I personally wouldn't recommend Blue Pan Pizza in Congress Park. And if you're going for the ambiance, I wouldn't recommend it for that either. Bottom line: Expensive, under-seasoned, overcrowded, and disappointing. Blue Pan Pizza may be popular, but it definitely wasn't for us. NO garlic power, NO pepper, NO oregano, NO onion powder, NO Italian seasoning, NO NOTHING!!!!!

When I returned home after that trip I was sad because I thought I'd never be back and I might never have Blue Pan again or get to see a show in Red Rocks again. Last week I was lucky enough to return to Denver to again see a show at Red Rocks but I swear I was more excited to go back to Blue Pan. It was literally my first stop when I got into town. I said it before in my review of the other Blue Pan across town but it's quite literally the best pizza I've ever had. My daughter was with me this trip and she's not a fan of thicker pizzas. She ended up eating two pieces herself. You need to go try this place it is just too good to pass up. Now I have to come up with another reason to visit Denver because I don't want this to be the last time I've had Blue Pan pizza.

Do you ever come into a place that is most likely awesome but it's just having a bad day?…read more I think that was my experience here, which is a bit of a drag since I'll probably never make it back (I live in California which is a bit of a trek) The bad - slow service, attitude from the waitress when we asked for an update on our food, wrong orders and a ton of flies buzzing around. The good - the pizza was really freaking good. Tried both the Parma Italiana and Diavola and both were outstanding (and I don't typically enjoy Detroit style thick pizza). The place has a cool ambiance, good music and plenty of beverage options. So yeah I'm gonna guess I just came here on the wrong day.

Actually, this spot is centrally located, on the edge of Uptown and Five Points, right between City Park and the Central Business District. There's also a nice parking lot. I ordered the Supreme with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and kalamata olives. I found it very average. I collected it promptly at the time specified, but the crust was very soggy and too droopy to pick up a slice. The toppings were OK, but nothing special. The amount of tomato sauce was a little light for my taste and it was very bland. The same with the cheese. I had heard good things about this place, but there is far superior pizza to be had in Denver these days. I was not impressed. The area is not well-lighted and it's kind of creepy at night. Went here for a friends birthday so we made a reservation. It wasn't that busy when we arrived but it is a small space so never hurts to reserve a table. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions about portion sizes and what ingredients were in each item. We ordered the garlic bread and salad to share and I got the Cacio e Pepe full size. I didn't eat the salad but my friends really liked it! The garlic bread was AMAZING! Definitely the talk of the night! It's only three slices and it was a little pricy but seemed worth it. The full-size Cacio e Pepe was creamy and delicious! I didn't finish it all intentionally because I wanted to take the rest for lunch tomorrow. I would definitely suggest this one to anyone! They said they only have 10 pans for pasta and they had 41 orders...at that point we just wanted to leave plus the lightest pasta was going to be served last. On top of that, the waiter while I was talking took my drink that was 40% full and I was saving it to go with my meal as I wasn't going to order a second cocktail. That was annoying and felt deliberate to try to get us to order more drinks while we waited.
