Rushed. Rude. Sloppy. Careless. They were VERY rough with my car; kept slamming the doors open and shut, attempted to yank out my floor mats as they're anchored onto the floor with hooks. Used the SAME towels on the outside and inside of my car. Left water and streaks all over the car. Huge language barrier here so they don't understand or seem to care about a thing you tell them. I told the guy my emergency brake was on and he drove my car without releasing the emergency brake. They vacuum so forcefully/aggressively you'd think they're digging for a hidden treasure under the carpet. Better off lighting $12 on fire and watching it burn than giving it to these guys. Whoever is leaving 4-5 star reviews here on Yelp has never been to a good car wash. This place is a loser. read more

Best car wash around. Guys are super friendly and super conscientious. Really clean every part of the car. And the price is excellent. Plus there's a rewards program. Used to go to Ft Lee Bridge wash but this place is so much better. Never going anywhere else again. read more

Used to be my go to spot and is completely trash now. They raised their prices by $2, which is fine, since it's still affordable at $14. Interior wash was horrible with dust and hair everywhere but exterior wash was even worse. Had to ask someone to get specific stains out again and he just shook is head when it wouldn't come off after trying for 2 seconds. Literally watched a car leave with the biggest bird poop stain on his passenger door. Save your money because you might as well leave your car dirty instead of paying to keep it dirty. read more

Got my car fully detailed and it looks amazing!!! There small little details I noticed that could have gotten a little more attention like my dash board had had a residue on it and my window was a tad streaky....overall it was an excellent job done. The manager I assume he was worked until the passed closing to help them finish. read more

this car wash has the potential to be THE BEST in the area...the new owner jose has fixed up the place from what it was...i read the reviews and i shake my head. Some people want a detail for 17.00, some people are fine with what they get...This is my experience, there are times when the car comes out perfect, and others not good at all...when that happens i open my mouth and tell Jose and not once did he refuse to correct the problem. Sometimes, i leave and maybe the windows are not cleaned perfectly, sometimes the dash is not dusted, i blame the worker who did not pay attention to his work...but when you wash probably 100 cars plus on any given day i stop and think..i would not want to put myself in there position. These guys work very hard... Overall, for the price you cant go wrong....i hope for jose as time goes he can find his weak points and make them stronger to make the wash the best it can be... read more

Great Car Wash after all. The car wash includes interior vacuum and cleaning of mats and windows. Sure did a great job and kindness of the cashier and staff. I am glad I got a new place to go for a complete HAND WASH car wash to my car. read more

New ownership destroyed this place! In the past it was worth the wait now they charge you just to clean your dashboard, are you freaken kidding me??? That use to be part of service ..place sucks now they don't do even do good job ...what a disappointment read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this car wash for over 15 years and recently ownership changed it's now called "the wash". Name should be "the worst wash". In and out in just a few minutes. Drove away with a wet car and still dusty and dirty inside. read more

The BEST car wash I ever went to. Tried Freddy's in little ferry, they did a terrible job for a 160.00 detail. Leonia car wash is cheaper on their washes and do the best job they guys that work on my truck are the nicest men around! Check it out. You won't be disappointed ! Thanks guys! read more

I've been going here for over 3 years an they've always done good job an had very friendly staff. My last visit I informed my friend of their great work an from then things went down hill. Upon arrival it was a lot of confusion an I was told I cut the line an was then thrown off a line I was waiting on for over 15 minutes. When I spoke with the new manager he was very rude an unprofessional. As long as I've been coming here I expected better treatment. I'll never visit this location again. read more

These guys are fast and efficient, and nice! You may not get a 100% clean, detailed car, but then that would cost you hundred$! What you *will* certainly get the cleanest car $16 can buy. These guys do the inside and outside super fast at a very fair price. This deal can't be beat. read more

They suck! I've been going there for 7years never had a problem owner is friendly. But I when I went in March during the wash one of the workers was cleaning my tire next thing I know my air pressure light goes off. When I pull out my tire is flat. And they had taking off the Cap of my back tire and put it on my front tire to help stop the air coming out. So at the time the manager comes over and says that it's loose and to take it my mechanic can and he can just screw it back on. I then say well would you pay any fee for it to get fixed. The manager Chris said yeah no problem but I still had a flat tire. He told me I'm safe to drive back to my mechanic. I lived two towns away no way I was going to damage my tire more. so I asked him could he at least help me change my tire he said sure no problem has one of his workers change the flat for me. Once it was done the manager came over and I show him the actual damage of my air gauge and I said OK I'll come back with the bill since you said you'll be able to pay for any damages. Once he saw that the actual damage he said oh no it was already loose and that it wasn't broken here it happen somewhere else. it just happened to touch it and it popped off and he will not pay for anything. He said all the other works saw what happened and that he didn't damage it. Can't see how that is possible when they was washing the car in other spots and it wash covered with soap. I then asked for the owner who I known for years he goes, oh that's my father and he'll be here Monday and you could talk to him then. So I go get my air gauge fixed got a bill. My mechanic said there is no way for it to be broken somewhere else and lasted that long and come off at the car wash even if there's a crack in the gauge it automatically loses air so it had to happen at the car wash they just don't want to take the responsibility for it. So I called Monday Tuesday and Wednesday the owner is never there I finally give my name and number and never get a call back it's been three months now and I still haven't heard from the owner and keep getting them around from the manager.
