I've always liked going here. Have been going here since i was a kid with my parents. I am now in my 30's and I HAVE NEVER EVERRRR HAD THIS BAD EXPERIENCE HERE BEFORE UNTIL TODAY!!!! She wouldn't give me her name (young looking asian female). I told her i didn't know that they close at 6:30pm by the way i got there at 6:35pm today Friday 6/25/21 i mentioned that yelp says 8pm still (my boyfriend usually gets the water for us on his day off). She was very rude, even the lady mentioned to her twice to just let me. I told her i only have 2 bottles, pls my bday is tomorrow 6/26/21 and i wanted to get water for my parents since they're old. I asked her if i can speak to the owner or to call them she shaked her head, didn't want to give me her name and basically ignored me after that. I don't want to go to another water place but this is making me do so. Why should we give our money that we worked hard for to a rude unpleasant customer service employee. I feel sorry for the owner(s) pls hire someone else so customers like me don't be treated this way too. Thank you so much. The water quality is PERFECT! It tastes better than bottled water. My cousin have been coming here for water all the way from Redwood City I mean if the gas and the bridge tolls don't prove the loyalty I dont know what will. I had to try this place for myself. I have to admit. I was impressed. A large sink with plenty of water faucets and the water purifiers right behind working away. The finished product was refreshing. The guy inside is really nice and is happy to give you a sample to try it out. Only $0.25 cents a gallon that is a DEAL. I have been coming back ever since. read more

I drive FAR to get water here. Why? Because their water is the best! Once you've started drinking their water, you won't be able to drink any other water. Don't believe me? Try drinking their water and then switching over to Glacier water (or any other bottled water). They only charge $0.25/gallon but you can get a better deal if you buy their pre-paid card. It's almost insulting to buy Glacier water from Lucky's across the lot, and pay more per gallon to boot, when you can get water from here instead. I really wish I lived closer to this place! read more

Been going here for water for about 3 years now. Water tastes great and is well priced. Very low key facility, you just bring your bottles and fill em up yourself. My husband and I got a prepaid card where water is only .20/ gallon; otherwise it's .25/ gallon. read more

Love this place. This is where my family get all of our drinking water. The workers are very friendly and can help you if you need. They have Carts that help you bring your bottles out. They do other services like adding little faucets to your bottles for a charge if you wish. Water is filtered through reverse osmosis. because of this, I often use it for my aquarium water also. No need for any additives to make the water safe for fish since its all been filtered out. Outstanding water! come here if you need a Water Spot. =P read more
