I got a veggie dog (thank you for having a meat-free option) and the soft pretzel! You have to pay extra for the veggie dog which is annoying, but pretty standard everywhere. One of my all time favorite foods is a soft pretzel and this one was a perfect pre-hike treat. Perfectly toasted crispy outside, soft in the inside, perfectly buttered and salted. You order at the counter and get a buzzer for when the food is ready. We sat outside and took in the mountain views. Was there mid-day on a weekend and it wasn't too busy + fast service. Didn't try a beer as I don't think that would've set me up well for the hike, but definitely will be back!

Friendly service and cool vibes. For my six pack to go I chose six different flavors. It was a good price for the mic and match up beers. Nice to be able to choose six different flavors. And the pretzel. Oh the pretzel. Definitely one of the best pretzels I've had. Soft and chewy. Served hot. Sprinkled with salt. And the beer cheese sauce such a guilty pleasure. Sorry, not sorry, ate the whole thing. A large outside area with covered spots. And air conditioning inside. Treat yourself. SYOY!

A brewery, not on my radar? Could it be possible?... Well, as I'm learning my way around the PNW, I'm finding all kinds of gems, that my sometimes messed up radar didn't pick up. Lol The kicker was having the best pastrami Sando ever, at the Red Bird Cafe, along with a great selection of beers, there was Roslyn Brewery! Of course, ya gotta know the choice I made to drink with my yummy sando? Roslyn brewery Brookside Pale Lager, cool and crisp with tasty Lager flavors.. pale Lager? You might ask? Didn't you mean Pale Ale? So I was thinking as well, but nope, they make a pale lager, very well to boot. So, of course by this time, I'm hoping on Yelp search for this Roslyn Brewery... What!! It just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Red Bird Cafe, so being the beer adventurer I am, I made the hop, skip, and a very excited jump over to Roslyn Brewing, another sweet little place in Roslyn, small inside, but a big area for outside sitting, but definitely at a balmy 30 degrees, it was close quarters at the bar. Great atmosphere, friendly service, just pouring beers.. although they have a great cider menu and wines.. it was definitely a beer drinking crowd. Next time I'll definitely try some of the tasty looking cider choices they offer. Of course, loving the red, I tried the Red Lager.. Yum! I wish they had it in cans.. I would have taken a bunch home. I also tried the Bullfrog IPA, delicious, as well.. a little darker than most IPAs I've had, but full flavor, not over hoppy. I also took a bottle of each of the Pale Lager and a Dark Lager, looking forward to trying them at home as well as return visits to Roslyn and Roslyn brewery. Well worth the beautiful drive over Snoqualmie Pass. Happy Yelping, God bless and a big Cheers!

It felt like we were bothering them by even being there. We asked for silverware, which annoyed them. At one point we asked to move to a table with some shade (there were plenty open and no wait line to get in), and that definitely annoyed her. We were nice and not overly needy, but I think they were pretty tired of people by Sunday night. Side note: I asked for a burger without dairy, hoping for no cheese, and I got a burger with no bun, which is great - but that would have been nice to have known that ahead of time - I would have ordered something else. I know they got a ton of tourists, and they paid them in get them through, so being tired is understandable. Just smile and a greeting would be nice. And maybe check on the table once.

You are seated first, given menus and go up to order. Order all kinds of brats, the giant pretzel and of course some steins of beer. Everything was tasty, not overrated and the patio was lovely and each table had a fire which was nice. So glad I got to go after so many years of wanting to visit Leavenworth!
