Horrible customer service. They made me a propane hose that lasted less than one drive in my camper and would not warranty it. They admitted the failure was caused by an old crimping tool they had to replace due to multiple failures and still would not warranty because of time. This new hose sat in my toolbox from the day they made it until the day before my first camping trip and it leaked the entire bottle of propane before we finished the 2.5 hour drive. They acknowledged the hose was brand new and their crimping tool was old and causing failures but because I did not bring it back within "a day or two" they had to charge me. I brought the repaired hose and defective crimps to the RV store that recommended them and they were shocked on how I was treated. It took two $5 fittings and less than one minute to cut off defective crimps and install new and still said they had to charge me even after their defective tool caused me to leak out $30 in propane. I am disappointed they couldn't stand behind their work and make it right. I try to support small businesses but I will tell every person I can to stay away from this place. read more

Stay away from this business. Found them on offer up. Should of read Yelp reviews before going here. Horrible business, greedy owner, and lies. Bought a mini split unit which I was clearly told I have 30 days to return it. They referred me to an electrician that installs these units. So I bought the unit. Electrician came and told me he's not licensed. I was not going to have a non licensed electrician mess with any electric in my home. Came to return the unit and they tell me they don't accept returns. Receipt clearly states 30 days return policy and Jake the employee told me I can return it. Asked three times over the phone. Luckily I'm an attorney and recorded the conversation. Going to court. Piece of cake for me. But for those that are not in the legal system stay away!!! read more

Beware They did NOT disclose or display a "no refund policy" prior to our purchase of $3,500 for a gas fireplace. We needed to cancel the order (before it was shipped to their store and on their next business day after the purchase) so that we could purchase an electric fireplace from them Instead. I was told for the 1st time no refunds even though we never saw the product; they received it in their store and we never touched it. They refused to refund us. After a 3 month ordeal trying to get our money (contacted my credit card company..etc) they gave bacj a part of our money and charged us $800! for a "restocking "fee. We never had the product! They just took our money and gave up "0" merchandise. - all because we decided to give a small business our patronage. I showed them respect throughout the entire ordeal and delayed writing a review until I saw they had no intention to do the right thing. We paid $800 for NOTHING- zero merchandise. Do not have their so called "'fabricator"' to make any stove pipe adapters for you. Told me it would be a week, then after two weeks picked up adapter. Didn't fit at all, unsafe for my family to use because of poor crimp job, and gaps in metal seams that leak. Then found myself a real metal fabricator, had it made in three days, perfect. I can't say enough good things about this business. The young man, name is Shawn I believe, made every effort to ensure we found the Electric Fireplace/Stove that we were looking for, and we ended up with a beautiful Dimplex product. They didn't stock the model we were going to purchase, so we made a modest deposit and they ordered it. They were very up front as to the length of time it would take to receive the Stove, and worked diligently following up with the Factory as to the expected shipping date. As it turned out, it took a couple of weeks longer than expected, but it was a Factory order and had to be processed through US Customs, so they had no control over the schedule. Whenever we contacted them to find out the status of the shipment, they were very cooperative and open as to what was happening, and got the information back to us the next day (Factory was 3 times zones away). After receiving the Stove we noticed that a major feature (HEPA filtering) was not installed on the Stove. We contacted Shawn, and he subsequently contacted the factory numerous times in an attempt to correct the deficiency, but as it turned out, they Factory had discontinued that feature and couldn't correct the issue. Weathershack was extremely sympathetic, and offered us the choice of returning the Stove, or providing a further price reduction to compensate us. They couldn't have treated us more fairly, nor been more concerned and sympathetic about our issue. I highly recommend The Weathershack, a very ethical and trustworthy business, something that's hard to find these days. read more

So bought my cooler. VERY EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE. One side note though, as i mentioned earlier , their cooler with similar spec from home depot, is A LOT Cheaper than home depot. But ,this come with one negative outcome, that is they don't blow as strong as home depot cooler(although it is still strong). Have I known this before? Yes, I will still buy from him, as I'm on a very tight budget at this moment, and a few hundreds dollars means a lot. read more
