Just wanted to get more information on it, see if the material was legitimate, get it cleaned and repaired if needed. I got paired up with SHIRLEY, And she was fantastic. Went on to inspect the ring and verified it's material and stamp, put it under a microscope, found a hairline crack that would shorten it's longevity. Let me start with will never patronize this place, ever. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and was set up with a woman who seemed very nice at first. She asked what we were looking for and we responded with a promise ring for my girlfriend. Her demeanor at this point changed when we told her this and that that point we knew that she was unhappy that we were not purchasing a more expensive item. She took us around to several cases and asked us what our budget was and when we told her it was about $1000. Then she basically started showing rings to us that was outside of our budget and was saying that if we could spend a little more here or a little more there. Making us both feel uncomfortable and upset. At one point, without a word, she walked away from us and we were left to look around on our own and she never came back to help us. I could then see her slyly making comments and chatting with another sales person as they looked over at us. I don't know what they said but I am sure it wasn't good. We ended up leaving and buying elsewhere. This happened over a year or so ago but I'm sick of hearing people say how good it is there and all of the commercials saying how much their service means so much to them.
