She tells me that it's ok and to come anyways. I get there and she waits until we walk into the room to tell me that she won't be able to give me full service and that she can only give me half service because she doesn't have enough time. She tells me that her next client will be there in 20 minutes which is a lie because it take almost a hour to get through a full Brazilian.. I've timed her service in the past. I then ask if she has a grace period in between clients and she tells me no.... she schedules her clients back to back. This definitely doesn't make any sense because she would need to clean the room and get product together for her next client. I declined her "half" service because she was going to charge me full price for a half service. She then tells me that even though she's NOT giving me service that she will be charging me full price. This is not the way to handle a loyal customer who was less then 10 mins late. She's been late herself or even ran out to her vehicle to grab something for herself before her service and I've never questioned her about it but the moment your on time client is late you treat them like this!? She's lost a loyal customer.

We found Lavish last month and returned this month. Reasonable prices and great treatment were orders of the day. The staff is very attentive and takes great care of their clients. Dad is diabetic and 87 so it's important to have a nail tech that knows their business to avoid issues. Lavish does superb at that point right there. The lady is particular so when she wanted to return I knew we had found a spot for sure. She had the full mani/pedi with polish and it turned out fantastic. She slipped away for an errand before I could get a pic though so take it from me, it looks good. Especially the added matching rhinestones on the tires and fingers. Last time she got a floral design on her fingers which was well done to be sure. Highly recommend, except on Mondays so they don't start getting too busy for us to get in. :) Kidding... they deserve more business no matter when it is and we'll be happy to wait.

She went thru the motions of using tools but didn't use them properly. I think she assumes people don't watch her work, but I did. I watched her not file nails right, misuse tools, my toe nails were filed crooked, she refused to trim them to my asking because she believed they were short enough. I asked her to get the dirt from the side of the big toe nail and she said "I already did". I replied that I could see the dirt, pointed it out, and asked her to please get it. She said she already did that. Folks, I watched her every move. She clearly didn't. She was notably angry that I questioned her and she proceeded to dig in my toe with the pointed side of the tool. Three times I said "Ow! Please not so hard." I gave two stars because she had strong hands that made the leg and foot rub enjoyable. When painting my toes, she didn't let polish dry before applying a top coat. I would NOT recommend this salon. The price was way too much for the service received. I made the mistake to stop in for a try and I won't be back. Save yourself hard earned money!!

So I went for the 90 minute one, which cost me $119. See the attached flyer for all they said it consists of. So the massage was spot on, perfect pressure, and I really do feel like she cleansed the scalp super well. Best part was probably the steam at the end. I loved that part! But I do have a few cons. The first con is that the entire head spa experience was done with the lights on. Which, is fine - but most all facials I've done have been in dim light for a more relaxing experience. So that, I didn't like too much. Second and probably my biggest concerning con, they make you change into a tube top. Which is normal in a facial, except the area where they perform the head spa has a security camera. That's iffy. Don't know if it's turned on or not, but a little weird (and unsafe) to have a camera where girls are going to be changing, so just a word of caution there. And as another note, it's a very hot and cold experience. I like things all the way warm. Water was warm and so was most of the experience but they used something with tea tree for the shampoo, which is fine, but it has a "minty" feeling so you get cold quick. They also put this shampoo on your decolletage, so I got a little cold very soon after. The jade mask and roller were cold too. Also they promised hot stones and I don't believe I had any on me. And my third con, it ended 10 mins earlier than expected too. Was it worth the $$$? With these cons, I say go for the pedicure instead. I'm not sure if spending $120 is worth all these cons.

I've had issues with hard gel sets not curing well and chipping too soon. I also learned the hard way their gift certificates expire and there is no grace period.
