What a great hotel! Everything from the staff to the pillows was great (pillows are so freakin' important so thanks). I was on the 13th Floor (my lucky number) and had no issues with the spacious room. Great amenities and nice views of downtown Denver. It's also located within walking distance of many places to eat... and of course, drink! I was here for a conference and the hospitality of the staff could not be beat. The A/V guy was outstanding with prepping everything and double checking and adjusting lighting and sound during the presentations. If you're taking the train from the airport, it's a bit of walk uphill to the hotel. That means catching the train back to the airport is downhill though, right? That's how the earth works! I'd stay here again if I was coming to downtown Denver for anything. Great hotel! read more

We stayed here on a recent trip to the area. We were only in town for a few nights, but very much enjoyed the property. We have a standard king bedroom it was nicely appointed. It was a nice couch to sit on when needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV was very adequate. The bathroom was a bit awkward. There was a good amount of room, but the door backed right up to the shower, which made it a little odd when two of us were in there, or if someone was coming and going. There was plenty of counter space however. The front desk workers were very nice, especially when we were checking in at 2 o'clock in the morning. They took very good care of us! The workout facilities were as expected. There were a number of treadmills and the elliptical machines, as well as free weights. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it was a great indoor outdoor pool that looked like a lot of fun. The only reason they didn't get a higher rating from us, was because of the patio sat outside our room on the fourth floor. It opened up to a space that was a large outdoor area where you had access to every adjacent room on the floor. It made it so we had to keep our curtains drawn at all times, and made it so you had to be especially conscious of when you were getting dressed in the room. Very much a first world, problem, but at a minimum, tinting the windows might be helpful. Overall very enjoyable stay, and relatively close to the main downtown attractions. read more

Overall, wasn't really impressed with this hotel despite it looking really good on paper. It was centrally located and the rooms were pretty nice. Other than that, lots of problems that I don't think will ever change. They charge a mandatory destination fee on top of everything which basically forced you to use their bar and restaurant. The Colorado welcome amenity was just a couple bags of snacks. The WiFi which was included in the mandatory hidden fee didn't work because the front desk agent typed in the last name wrong. The pool was also very small and crowded. Very disappointing all around. I would have expected better for such a big name hotel chain in downtown Denver. read more

I stayed at the Westin for a weekend conference and it was pleasant. The lobby and bistro level are warm, with many people gathering for breakfast or a happy hour drink in the cozy seating area. The room itself was immaculate and very, very nice. It felt clean, down to the bed and bathroom and spacious couch that was in my room. The city view had a bench in front of the window that was really wide, perfect for reading if you get pillows up there. As for the 4-star rating. Amenities were okay. The gym was a bit outdated, and pool has a nice feature woth both indoor and outdoor component but actually rather small. The patio furniture is strewn about, many without covers; the entire roof could use a facelift. I also think the parking price was insane but maybe this is typical for Denver. Overall, I would not stay here again for the price and outdated gym, but for the incredible room it is a good choice if you can afford it. read more

There was no bathroom fan (I think all bathrooms should have a fan!) Gym is small and limited but it's clean. Valet parking was convenient but $$. I was here for a meeting and stayed in the hotel and used the conference facilities. I had a standard king room which was comfortable and roomy. As with all Westins, the beds are super comfortable. The couch was nice for lounging. My only complaint with the furniture is that the desk chair was not adjustable...so....short people problems! Trying to type on a laptop with ones arms up gets old after a bit...they also forgot to refill the shower gel which I didn't realize until in the shower...they did have a bar of soap I could grab though. They do respond to text requests quickly, and addressed that and a maintenance issue promptly(toilet leaking badly from handle and filling up trash can under it). Internet is complimentary if you join the Marriott Bonvoy program which is free, so definitely worth letting them send you emails. The food for our meetings was delicious! Definitely a huge step up from the usual meeting fare. Conference rooms were fine, but again, no adjustable chairs so kind of rough for a full day. Location is right on the 16th street mall so easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and the Convention Center as well as places like Coors Field and the train station. read more

Ok. We booked our American Express "free" night. We thought it would be nice to go downtown and have dinner and drinks and stay the night. Drinks and dinner in Rino were great. We had a Late check in and the receptionist was very difficult to understand? We checked in and she hands us a card? I asked what is this? And she said a destination card? I asked what is it for? I couldn't understand what she was trying to tell me. So we went upstairs. I started reading the card. Go figure since it's not possible to charge resort fee since it's downtown. Westin is obviously not a resort, They've come up with a new way to charge, calling it a destination fee? ( my destination was 4 miles away) We went downstairs and again asked what does this card mean? She had to get the manager. In essence it's like a resort charge, but they give you a beer tasting at the bar, a goodie bag filled with one can of Coke, a cookie and a bag of caramels and they give you two hours of free bike riding oh and we're going to charge you $27 for this even if you don't want it.? We said we don't want to pay your destination fee . " sorry it's mandatory even if you did not travel to get here" So we went upstairs to get our $27 beer. Luckily the bartender explained it a whole lot better. It's a total scam, this way the hotel room looks like It's cheaper than it actually is. I think the government should crack down on this kind of BS . On a positive note use the Park angel app to pay $10 for 24 hours of parking versus $40. It's the same parking garage. read more

My wife and I were in town for stock show. During the day we visited the pool and it was cold. Suppose to be warm. That night we came back and my wife slipped on the floor from the water that leaked out from the shower. She accidentally broke the toilet seat. Next day we tell the front desk hey the toilet seat and they said they would get in touch. A few hours later I have a $1700 And some Change. - yes correct ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL FOR DAMAGES! I talk to the front desk and I was like this must be a mistake, they said they can not discuss the damage but it was so bad that they had to not fill the room and I was on the hook for damages and loss of revenue. They sent a picture of a glass door that was spidered but not broken and said I was responsible. That DID NOT HAPPEN while I was occupying this room. I have tried and tried to escalate this issue and keep getting the run around from loss prevention and the manager and even corporate. I am a Titanium member and spent 10s if not HUNDREDS of thousands - THIS IS A LAST DITCH EFFORT FOR MARRIOT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT read more

Yelp Review 2023 #257: There's plenty of hotels to choose from in Downtown Denver. Along Lawrence alone, you'll have a variety with different amenities and price ranges. This hotel is in a great location. Many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and you can catch the free 16th Street Mall bus from here. From the Denver Airport, you can catch the train which stops at Union Station. From Union Station, it's about a 5-10 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. If you're catching a concert at Pepsi Stadium, now known as Ball Arena, you can catch a bus and walk a bit for a trip that's under 15 minutes. To the Convention Center, it would take you under 10 minutes. 15 minutes away from Museum of Contemporary Art (either via bus or walking). My room on a high floor had a view of Daniels & Fisher - that building with a large clock on top. The room was spacious. Flat screen TV was in proportion to the size of the room and it worked properly. Free bottled water everyday. Ample closet space. I'm not picky about beds - I can fall asleep on anything (kind of) as long as it's clean and smells clean. The pillows flatten as soon as you put your head on them so you have to double maybe triple stack them. The bathroom has toiletries. They have a gym with bikes and other cardio machines. Free weights and machines. There's a pool that's half indoor and half outdoor. Check in and check out process was quick as it was prepaid and I never accrue any incidentals. I left the do not disturb tag hanging outside the door so housekeeping don't have to clean the room but they went in and cleaned anyway. There's not much to clean. The bed just need to be made and trash emptied but other than that, I didn't need anything. read more

Terrible all around... Can't park your own vehicle unless you use and pay the parking garage company that is not affiliated with the hotel. Alternatively, you can pay for valet, but then you feel obligated to tip every time you take the vehicle out and in. Called down for towels and two hours later, still no towels. When we finally got them, some fluid that looks like blood was on one of the towels (see photo). After attending long meetings all day at the conference we were in, we changed into our swimwear and headed down to the pool deck to relax in the jacuzzi...but surprise, there is no jacuzzi, just an indoor/outdoor pool with lukewarm water that smells musky and looks turbid. Not one employee at the front desk was ever friendly , helpful or welcoming. I hated even walking past them because they would glower at us as we walked by, never smiling, never saying hello or good morning/evening. I'm just not used to that. Have to say, room service was pretty decent and had a great selection of food choices. Unfortunately, it's not enough to get my business for a second time. The next time we have a conference in town, I'm going to remind my company about our experience here and choose a different hotel. read more

So many great things to say about this hotel: -Rooms were modern, clean and beautiful! We had a great view of the city and felt so comfortable throughout our stay. -Love the rainfall showers and little touches like the aromatherapy next to the bed. -SOLID location! A short walk from union station, close to Larimer Square and 16th street and not far from RiNo. -Even though V's (restaurant) was temporarily housed in a conference room, the food was absolutely delicious!! No boring hotel breakfast here. We ate here both mornings as it was so good! Although the hotel is currently under renovation, we didn't have any disturbances or issues. Only things that would've made this stay better were: -We booked the reservation to include breakfast. When we got to breakfast, they told us we should've gotten a coupon to use so we had to leave to go back to the front desk to get the coupons. They covered $15 per person but no dish on the menu was less than $15 so it's not really fully included. -Usually Marriotts are good about acknowledging status but they didn't. I came back to the front desk to ask if we could get the gold elite late check out and they offered 1pm which was still helpful but it would've been nice if that had been taken care of upon check in. Overall, a really solid stay and the things to change were really minor. Would definitely stay here again! read more

I stayed at this hotel as a part of a conference. The location is good as it is near historic Larimer Street, sports arenas and tons of restaurants. The lobby and banquet areas are also well appointed and the people were, for the most part, very friendly. The banquet/conference rooms were kept very cold, and many people complained about this. The service in their restaurant was also hit and miss. I tended to sit at the bar as those employees were much nicer than those working the floor. But the food was consistently good. The bed was comfortable, but the room had sandpaper for toilet paper - an unforgivable sin! Truthfully, I was torn between giving a 4 and a 3 star, and this was the tipping point. Please do better for your guests, because toilet paper matters! read more

I stayed at this hotel as part of a conference. I love the hotel, the comfortable bed, and the close proximity to entertainment, bars, and restaurants. My low review is due to the issues I experienced during my stay. I was booked into a room block and a suite room with a parlor to allow for a small gathering during the conference. I arrived several hours before check-in and did not expect my room to be ready. I arrived at the desk, planning to check my bags and get lunch. The front desk clerk assured me that although my room was not ready, he could find me a room of the same "type" and checked me in early. When I arrived in my room, I was placed in a much smaller suite - non-mountain view, which did not have an adjoining parlor, which was 1. not want I reserved and my professional organization paid for, and (2) was nowhere close to the same "type" of room on my original reservation. I went back to the front desk to let them know I would wait for the original room I reserved and was told the existing room guests had selected a late checkout. I felt pressured to accept another room but told the staff I would check my bags and wait for my original room. Once I could check in (several hours later), housekeeping let themselves into my room without knocking as they did not know a guest had been placed there. I will also note that a hotel this size would be expected to have a full restaurant rather than a small bar, cafe, and eating area. I will say I did use room service, and the food was great, and the service was fast. The gym was nice, but it had four peloton bikes that were inoperable during my entire week. There is no reason to have such expensive equipment without appropriate service. Lastly, the conference and meeting rooms were freezing. read more

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The service is friendly, rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds. For the price it's a great value. This hotel also has a great fitness area with indoor pool and it's kept nice and clean. My only complaint here is that we ate breakfast at V's and the food was cold and tasted like they had just pulled it out of some sort of buffet area where it's not even being heated. The soda I ordered had no carbonation at all. I told the server and she was quick to give me a bottle instead. That was really a plus and hence my 4 stars overall. read more

Perhaps the Westin can earn a couple more stars after their renovation. Maybe I came at a bad time because the overall experience was somewhat affected by all the construction going on in the building. The first thing I noticed when stepping foot into the lobby is a strange stench. It smelled like sewer the first and second day of our stay. Because of the renovation the hotel restaurant and bar was closed. The gym and pool was unavailable as well. Would've been nice if we got a heads up before hand. The room was nice. It seems like they recently remodeled it. The flooring, bed and bathroom looks like new addition. The room was spacious with a decent city view. The only downside is the sound of hammering and drilling during the day. I enjoyed the convenience of this location. A lot of downtown attractions are within walking distance. read more

Great location and Staff - Lousy restaurant. Avoid the restaurant - breakfast is hit or miss! Initial impressions are lasting. I wanted a simple breakfast of eggs, toast, and ham. What I got was gooey cold eggs, something that might have been ham, and cold toast. Too busy to send it back. We came to the Westin Denver Downtown for 2 nights May 19-20 to check out Denver for the 1st time and see a concert while in town. The hotel is nice, and a really good location to get to a lot of things nearby to do. I think being near all the action is key when visiting a new city, with lots of things on your list for visits. The staff was very helpful to us after my wife sprained her ankle Saturday night, they accommodated us with a later checkout, although side note, if you're not a Marriot Bonvoy member, I'm not sure if that'll be granted. James was especially helpful in bringing up a wheel chair for us to use to get my wife downstairs and outside for our Uber. We'd for sure stay here again when returning to Denver. read more

Overall, not the worst place to stay, so I'll preface that the 2 stars is to represent how this hotel compares to the typical Westin experience. The location is very centralized to many offices and restaurants downtown Denver. I typically stay at Westin hotels for work and the experience is usually consistent... except for this location. I did not realize the hotel was under construction prior to booking- so a few things were lacking including the fact the restaurant and bar onsite were closed. Room service is still available, however everything was priced at $30 or more, and you were not able to order anything a la carte, it had to be the meals offered, and no kids menu. It makes no sense to charge someone $30 when all they want is a side and not a full meal, etc. Additionally, I declined cleaning service for the few days of my stay, and normally the Westin will add Marriott points to your account for saving them the trouble- but not here. The room was large, but had very limited TV channels. It was incredibly odd to have a 4 star hotel only offer news channels and ESPN. Even the Hampton inn offers Bravo, E!, etc. The bathroom was outdated, which I'm sure is why they are doing renovations to the hotel. I was going to add a photo but figured I'd spare you all- I opened the shower curtain on my first night in the hotel to many hairs from a *particular region* of someone else's body. I literally shrieked and used the glasses by the sink to wash those down. It clearly shows the cleaning staff is just changing out towels and not wiping any surfaces down in the bathroom. The lobby is under construction and very small, but at least they offered free waters. Staff was friendly at check in. I sincerely hope the renovations improve the quality of this hotel, I will not be staying there again until it's complete. read more

I came here for a conference and stayed on-site. The location is very convenient -- you can pretty much walk to anywhere in downtown Denver for dining or shopping. My favorite part of downtown Denver is Larimer Square, which is just two blocks away. The staff was great. One of the most notable experiences I had was during check-in, although there was a line, there was a staff member helping to optimize the flow. He would either direct those waiting to a new check-in desk or provide any other services for guests while waiting. The rooms were clean and comfy. I had a view of downtown Denver, which was nice. It was generally pretty quiet, but there was some construction in the room next door one morning. 1 star off: The only negative experience I had was not being able to access my room at 4PM, the standard check-in time. My room was still not ready at that time. A colleague who arrived in the evening could not get a room at all, despite having a reservation. I knew flights get overbooked, but didn't know that can also happen at hotels. read more

This Westin was adequate but not up to the typical Westin standard. I was surprised at how dated they've let this hotel become. The location is great, the restaurant is a complete rip off & not worth it. The bed continued to be heavenly. For a work trip this was adequate and clean enough but I would not vacation here. Also the hotel room doors are hard to open. I had multiple issues because the door stuck. It wasn't just frustrating for me but also the front office staff. Hopefully they can resolve it. No one wants to go to the front desk 3x at 10pm after a 3 hour flight. I also had to move rooms because of a very noisy fan - the other room was fine but given the condition of the hotel, I imagine that's a common problem- rattling etc. This hotel deserves a face lift. read more

I'm still not sure why this hotel is called the Westin Hotel. It is no where near the standard of a Westin hotel. This seriously needs to be looked into. Perhaps someone from upper management needs to check out the place for the themselves. I read the reviews prior to coming here so I had realistic expectations. Despite that, I'm sad to share that this hotel needs MAJOR attention and improvement on many fronts. The lady at the front desk, the day we checked in, seemed to lack experience in the hospitality industry. We wanted to check in however she was preoccupied with a guest who was taking his time to ask about the area and guidance on the map (this took about 10 minutes). That's all fine. However, I believe priority should have been given to guests checking in. Alternatively, she could have called a colleague to ask for assistance. Anyhow, moving along, that part was perhaps the least disappointing encounter. It got grim and dim (literally...) as we got to the floor of our room. The lighting is very poor, something out of an 80's movie like a haunted hotel. Our room was very stuffy and dusty. I couldn't stand the smell. I found a cleaning lady near our room and asked her for an air freshener. She didn't understand me since she didn't speak English. She walked in and handed me a multi-surface cleaning spray. I was surprised and speechless. I went to her cart, grabbed a towel and started cleaning all the surfaces in the room myself. When I came back to return the towel and spray to her cart, she smiled and communicated to her colleague that I had an issue. He seemed to be responsible for the floor. He apologized and asked what he could do. I said handing me an air freshener at this point would be good since I'd already done the job. There is no lifeguard or member of staff in the pool area. The gym area is acceptable. Equipment is new. The pillows and mattress are a 2.5/5. You'll get by through the night - no major problems - but very uncomfortable. I appreciate the new mirror in the bathroom. The lighting is superb for make up or hair removal. The shower heads are great. Don't bother with the breakfast. Starbucks across the street is definitely a better option. When we checked out, the lady (a different one from check-in) apologized for the lack of cleanliness in the room and took off 30 dollars from our bill (which included some snacks and beer). While I appreciate the gesture, still several aspects in this hotel must be improved. This stay was a disappointment and I wish we stayed somewhere else. read more

STOLEN PACKAGES BY SAM ASLAMI I was a guest on December 9, 2023. I had called the hotel 1 week prior to ask if it was ok for my Amazon packages to be delivered there since it wouldn't arrive at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch on time for our vacation. I confirmed with Amazon that my packages would be delivered on the 8th of December. I got to the Westin Denver Downtown on 12/9 and they told me they couldn't find my packages. I was given the run around for an entire day missing out on a day in the city. We had to leave on 12/10/23 without our packages. They told me that if they found my packages, they would deliver them to my home back here in San Diego at no charge. On 12/11/2023, Sam Aslami emailed me and said "Your packages were delivered Friday by Amazon, after receiving hours, and left on the Tabor Center dock. We were informed about them this morning by Tabor Center the dock master and placed them in the package room. We would like to send your packages to your shipping address. Please provide us with your shipping address." I gave him my shipping address and NOTHING. I called several times and kept getting the runaround. By 12/27/23, still haven't seen my packages arrive, I asked for tracking. NOTHING. My emails keep getting ignored. Wow, finally on 1/20/24, I get an email from Sam. "We did our investigation regarding your packages, and we found out that Amazon's driver misplaced your packages at the different location. Therefor Westin hotel is not responsible for the shipping cost. Please provide us with shipping label or contact Amazon to cover shipping cost also we will hold on your packages until further notice from you. Please let us know your next step." Excuse me? You had said that you were going to send the packages on 12/11/23. A month and a half later you now want me to pay to send the packages back?! I called and said fine - I'll pay for them. Still nothing. On March 7, 2024, Sam emails me AGAIN. "We are still waiting for shipping label to be sent that we can send your packages to your home address. As we discus before, Amazon's driver misplaced your packages at the different location. Therefor Westin hotel is not responsible for the shipping cost. We going to hold your packages for another 30 days from today, and we are looking forward to getting shipping label in these 30 days before we discard the packages." I'm really thinking now, I'm not going to see the packages. I emailed AGAIN on March 5 and April 5, well within the 30 day threat that he's now going to throw my packages away and CRICKETS. I called AGAIN and spoke to Jessica, a manager who said that she would get to the bottom of this. Never heard back. I called AGAIN today 4/17/24 and got a hold of Sam. He said he had trashed my packages. I'll bet $100 that he stole them. He is the most DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL person I've ever come across. He should NEVER be working in hospitality. He yelled at me and said that it's trashed - it's gone. There was good stuff in there - an Instant Pot, ski gear, a dutch oven, + everything needed for a trip in the mountains. Over a thousand dollars worth of goods. STOLEN. read more

We spent the evening at this lovely place after visiting Meow Wolf. It was too late to drive home (3 hours), and the Westin was a nice respite for our nieces, Husband, and me. We would have loved using the pool and fitness facilities, but we didn't have time. We did feel safe inside as we needed our key card to access our floor. We did not want to pay the hourly rate for parking ($7), in addition to overnight parking ($35), so we walked the half mile to Carmine's for dinner. We only paid $35 for driving into the parking area for overnight parking. One of our two concerns was the empty body wash container in the bath/shower. We used the provided bar soap. The other concern was the area in which the hotel is located. Our 12 year old niece did not feel comfortable walking to dinner, or being outside, walking around, even with 3 adults with her (mom, aunt and uncle). Some of the nice things about the room: cleanliness; soft sheets, bed and lots of pillows; the flat screen TV & available entertainment; the body lotion and scent to help us fall asleep; the ice bucket & coffee/tea/bottled water; the view of the city. read more

Here we go again.... This hotel has some audacity. The streets are under construction outside of the hotel and the hotel itself is under construction and yet $250+/ night plus $40/night for parking seems usual and customary to this Marriott management team. This place is a mess! No shuttle service, pool is closed except for a 10x10 section inside, no apologies, no anything except attitude. At least in the foreseeable future, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It is a mess. The best thing about this hotel is the gym and Ms. Yami in the restaurant. I spent $55 on lunch (Salmon and baby arugula salad). The food was delicious, especially the salad. Very clean but small portions. I do not stay with the elite hotel because of the pricing but I was here for a conference and wish that I had stayed offsite at a Hilton or Holiday Inn. Valet was AWESOME, they always welcomed us back which made us feel valued. Housekeeping was friendly, app service requests were handled nearly immediately, the room was SO clean. I usually notice spots immediately but it felt like a brand new room, their standards are really high and it is appreciated to be able to feel at home and comfortable in a hotel! When checking out, the desk clerk reminded me we had a $25 breakfast credit to use, which felt like they cared about US and our experience. I loved this hotel and would totally recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Denver. 5 star for everything. First off, their service blew me away. When checking in. The girl said that the hotel already has a 25 dollar resort fee that was included in the price. But she gave me a list of the "extras" that it includes. 2 free beer flights a day. 25 dollar credit for food or drinks in the restaurant and pool each day. 2 hours of bike rental, roller blades or ice skates each day, and a free local membership at one of the local gyms (even though the hotel already had a nice gym already. We ate and drank everyday at the hotel, at checkout it showed that we used 285.00 in extra services charged to the room but credited down to 0. The room was a suite. Large couch, and nice clean bathroom. The pool was indoor outdoor, but was a little cold. The gym has nicer equipment than my regular gym. They also have a basket of earphones you can grab if you forgot yours. Location wise, the hotel was perfect. You can fly in, get in the train from the airport and exit at union station. The hotel is literally down the street. The next day I rented a car from the budget rental down the street and used the spothero to park next door, to save money. ($30 for 3 days) Because hotel parking is always so expensive wherever you go. I really don't get how this hotel can only have 3 stars. Those must be people impossible to please. Hits & some misses but net positive. Comfy stay in large room, staff were consistently friendly & helpful. Allowed early check in, explained everything well. Bartender at special events were fabulous & meeting room for our conference was fantastic- AV worked well, spacious. Good key card access security. Nice little pool & gym & morning yoga on Saturday. The misses: catered breakfast was ok. Catered lunch was really disappointing. Some things re: decor definitely looking a little dated. I didn't drive but some folks complained about parking fees. Overall though it was a satisfactory venue for our event & location was fantastic for walking to dinner nearby. read more

This isn't the nicest of the properties from Marriott but it does the job. There's no good restaurants on property and there's no lounges for Bonvoy elite. Room service menu is over priced. read more

I will never ever stay here again! All I can say is from the checking in with the construction in the lobby, getting to my room and 3 men being right outside my window working in front of it all day until 6pm and having no silence to even nap after a very long day of traveling and work, to the literal sewage water in my shower and my toilet bubbling over. Not to mention the exact night I arrived I became extremely Ill, probably contaminated water and me brushing my teeth with it not knowing. (Multiple people at my company were Ill the same night as well so it wasn't just me.) I was compensated by having a room update to a "city view room" for my bathroom troubles. Also 1 week after my stay I was double charged for my room because I had paid for an extra night out of pocket and went to the front desk 3 separate times to ensure I was checked in correctly and had the right information on file. Come a week later they double charged me for "a no show". Thankfully that was resolved and I was refunded the "no show" fee. Sad to think after the 3 times going down to the front desk to ensure everything was good to go for my extra day stay was pointless and a waste of my time. I would expect more from a Westin and especially if I'm paying $250 for the night to receive a better quality place to stay. read more
