Was super helpful in removing the wheel lock from my BMW (that Firestone couldn't get off and the BMW dealership wanted to charge me $249 to remove it). Brad was able to remove it and repaired my tire that had a nail in it. He charged me less than a repair shop would have just to fix the tire. Very fair, indeed I would say a great deal. Brad from the Wheel Doctor came highly recommended from another auto body mechanic and exceeded my expectations in terms of responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail. My '17 Genesis G80 5.0 badly needed some TLC on her right front wheel due to some unfortunate curb rash caused by a narrow bank drive-thru. It took quite a bit of patience and perseverance on Brad's part because the manufacturer applies a very tough coating on top of the hyper silver wheel that's nearly impossible to come off through normal methods. That being said, they did what it took to get it done and when I came to pick up the wheel, it looked brand new. The price was very reasonable and could not be more pleased with my experience here! My original encounter was professional and very accommodating. The repair was quick and satisfying. The older gentleman was extremely nice, that's why the 2 stars. The younger man helping was a SUPREME ASSHOLE. I paid $240 for the repair service and this younger JERK OFF couldn't even put the spare back where it belongs. "This is a courtesy bro, I'm not climbing under your car" was the response. WTF???? If you need their services please deal with the older gentleman not the young ASSHOLE. Hope the 2 stars was worth the 10 minutes it might have taken to put the wheel back. read more

The Wheel Doctor is the most unprofessional business I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Approximately a month ago I made an appointment to have the rims of my car repaired. When I arrived I was informed the owner had a family emergency, they were behind schedule and unable to keep my appointment. This was after I had driven an hour through heavy rush hour traffic followed by my wife in another car. I asked the employee why I was not called and notified my appointment needed to be rescheduled. His response was that I had a bad attitude and walked away as we exchanged some expletives. I only wish I could rate this business less than one star. read more

This place is amazing! Wanted the curb rash fixed on all four aluminum rims on my car. Took the car in and talked with Brad (owner) as to the available options. While there I called the insurance co. that I had tire and wheel coverage with and Brad gave them all the details and answers their questions. Insurance covered everything except state sales tax - repair, custom powder coating and balancing. Made the appointment for the following week and got my car back the day after dropping it off. Rims look great, just like new but a shade or two darker (my preference). Brad and crew were great. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and highly skilled.
