We could have gotten the wheel cheaper from an online retailer but I trusted that a small business would take care of us. Al seemed trustworthy on the phone and assured us it would be the same as buying it brand new from Ford. The wheel we received was faulty and barely made it through our trip home. Our mechanic told us the rim was cracked and was faulty. It looked to them like it was just cosmetically cleaned up to make it look functional. We called Al and he said that it was just tough luck and then hung up on us. He would not even consider trying to make it right, probably because he knew he sold us a $400 faulty part. If you do not want to have to buy a part twice, I would consider giving your business to someone that is not engaged in deceptive business practices.
