Polish Potato Pancakes

First time there this week & I'll definitely return! The potato pancakes were perfect! Crispy outside & soft deliciousness inside. A nice generous portion & the homemade applesauce was delicious! My cousin had The Poban & it was a generous, delicious sandwich. They offer a punch card for the potato pancakes & then you get a free serving after 10 punches I'm excited to return & try another sandwich & more potato pancakes!

A good sandwich at a reasonable price, i will be back. Turkey, brisket made fresh and delivered promptly.

A chicken sandwich that was HUGE AND DELICIOUS

A cute family owned sandwich shop with great sandwiches. They were doing a soft launch this weekend…read moreand are opening up soon! The sandwich was delicious and the owners are so kind. I felt so welcomed and they made sure I had a great experience. If you are ever in Emmaus near the triangle you should definitely stop in and have a sandwich! Not to mention they partner with the bakery next door for their bread.

When it comes to sandwiches, most folks focus on what's inside…read more The meats -- in whatever tasty configuration -- stacked with chosen cheeses, condiments and vegetation for crunch and textural balance. But few people think about the importance of the bread. It is the vessel that holds all the deliciousness together. A new sandwich shop, The Hive, just up from Triangle Park in Emmaus is focusing on hoagie-style sandwiches made with fresh French bread from next-door neighbor, Egypt Star Bakery. Which has mouthwatering bread that makes the sandwich complete, and all your mouth buds open up, and dancing around. The Hive has had a soft opening with a small menu of "whole" and "half" sandwiches. A whole is about two feet long. Options include Italian (honey ham, Genoa salami, capicola with provolone cheese); ham and cheese; turkey and cheese; and tuna. You can also get those options as pita wrap sandwiches. The Hive also has a few sides such as cole slaw, hummus with pita, chips and cheddar mac salad. Since they just opened, give them no time, they will have more selections. This is a must try and support your local new business. We need to keep them around.
