They lock you into a ridiculous 5-hour arrival window, expecting you to hold your entire day hostage, only to pull the rug out at the very last minute. When you call out this absurd pattern, their excuse is that they "don't have any other technicians in the company who can come out." How does a major window company operate with so little coverage that a entire region collapses if one tech can't make it? It gets worse. When I demanded to speak to a manager to find a real solution, I was given the brush-off and dismissively told they "just have to reschedule for my area." No accountability, no attempt to make it right, and zero empathy for the time I've lost. Because I can no longer afford to burn through my valuable paid time off for appointments they routinely flake on, I asked for a Saturday slot. Instead of apologizing for jerking me around for months, the representative actually got mad at me for daring to ask for a weekend appointment. Since when does a customer get attitude for trying to accommodate a company's repeated failures? Castle Windows is quick to take your money, but when it comes to customer service and honoring their commitments, they are utterly useless.
