He responded quickly and clearly explained that he would only charge me if the ADAS calibration was successful, which I found extremely fair and reasonable. He was honest about it and didn't charge me. Instead, he recommended finding a shop that could replace and program the camera properly. Mike provided a fair price and mentioned he could work directly with my insurance. I told him I was concerned about potential premium increases and preferred to pay out of pocket.
