As a first timer of a wine spa experience and being on a trip during the holidays, this was a wonderful experience. My friend and I did the Pinot dreams which came with 20mins of vinotherapy immersion (hot tub with red wine) and follows with a 50mins massage which you can consult with your masseuse if you would like a full body or concentration massage. The vinotherapy immersion experience was one that I'll never forget. You are welcomed in your own private space and you can adjust the bath to your liking. The overall experience was very soothing and stress free. Staff is really nice and the space is clean and serene. Would definitely come back if I am in the area!

What a privilege to have such a unique spa experience here in our own backyard! Such a calm space conveniently located on Broadway so I didn't need to go out of my way for my self care. I was treated to a soak and massage combo. As I checked in, they offered a complimentary glass of vino and then led me to my private room. Jamie, my masseuse, was super kind and guided me through the process of a 20 minute vinotherapy soak in a private tub with jets and lights. After I relaxed a bit, I dried off and Jamie gave me a wonderful massage focusing on the areas I requested. She was excellent!! I felt at ease around them, the communication was "just enough" and had check-ins on pressure and preferences through out. I feel truly pampered and definitely recommend this experience for yourself, or to gift to loved ones!

I had a facial with Alia here and it was fantastic. My aesthetician was very informative as well about products she recommends for my skin type. The facial incorporated grapes into the serums and masks. The whole experience was really relaxing and the products smelled so good. I definitely purchased some of the products to start my own regimen at home. My skin still feels so soft today. I would highly recommend for a special self-care day, a girls day out, a holiday gift. I will be coming back!

Fabulous gift sets to try out various Caudalie products used by the estheticians in their facials!

The Wine Spa provided an inviting and relaxing experience curated by caring and attentive staff. I received a VinoHydra Facial with Alia and left with noticeably more hydrated, supple skin (which is perfect for the PNW fall season). I fell in love with many of the Caudalie all-natural, grape based skin products used and purchased many of them at The Wine Spa's affordable and beautifully curated retail section. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!

5/5: Efficient, private, and exactly what I needed for a spontaneous sauna session!…read more I booked this on impulse during spring break, Wednesday at 2:30pm, and rated it 5/5 based on how quick and easy the booking process was through the Mindbody app Deals section, just a few hours in advance. The experience itself was equally efficient and sufficient. Think of it like a deli style, quick in & out sauna and cold plunge experience without the extra bells and whistles of a traditional spa. I reserved the Contrast Therapy Suite 2 XL, which includes a sauna, cold plunge (metal bath tub), and standing shower, $95 for 60 minutes. The suite also has a bench, hooks, and a shelf for belongings, so no locker is needed. You get the entire private suite to yourself or your group, up to 4 people. It's comfortable for 3 to lie down in the sauna, and spacious enough for 4 seated. The cold bath and shower are one person at a time. There is a speaker to connect your phone for music, though pairing did not work for me. There is also a remote control for different color lighting, which adds a nice touch. I would describe the "cold plunge" more accurately as a cold soak, since it is a bathtub rather than a standing ice plunge. That said, I really appreciated the full privacy of the suite. You don't have to move between shared spaces, and you can fully relax, even be completely nude if you choose, which my husband especially appreciated for his first experience. The facility itself is compact: - 4 single sauna rooms (no shower, and I was told it's recommended to wait at least 30 minutes before showering after sauna) - 2 private Contrast Therapy suites Suite 1 fits up to 2 people seated in the sauna with red infrared, and is ideal for one person if you want to lie down comfortably. Cold bath and shower are also one at a time. Andrea was the staff member during my visit, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It is on the pricier side for a 60 minute session without a steam room, but I truly value the efficiency, simplicity, and privacy, especially for those who are always on the go. Parking: free, unlimited street parking on most streets around the studio. They offer memberships and intro packages depending on your needs. I would definitely return when I want sauna access without planning days or weeks ahead like traditional spas. I would book Suite 1 for solo use on my next visit, or Suite 2 XL again if sharing the space privately with friends. A great option when you want a straightforward, no-fuss sauna experience on your own schedule.

I had read up about the place so I knew the locker rooms were coed, but I was still confused as to whether there were changing rooms or what was the proper etiquette. Place is small and I understand the price is more moderate compared to other spas, but you feel nickel and dimed. Everything is extra, you don't even get complimentary tea. The masseuses were amazing, no complaints there, but when we tried to tip and asked if 100% goes to the masseuse, they said 25% goes to the spa and 75% to the masseuse. I'm sorry, what? Very unethical considering that structure is not transparent at all. The massages were amazing so it's a shame they're not getting their fair share.

The rest of the spa experience and atmosphere was lacking for me. The space was very small and felt crowded. The waiting area was very uncomfortable. It is a small bench right next to the check in desk and was not a relaxing place to wait. The locker room was co-ed which I was not expecting and was also crowded. I didn't know where to change. The floors of the locker room were all wet and it felt damp. It didn't but feel like a nice relaxing spa experience. The sauna area was crowded. Only 3 chairs to hangout in which were occupied most of the time. There was a charge for tea which is usually complimentary in a spa experience. I ended up leaving before my 2 hours for the sauna experience because it was not relaxing and the vibe was not enjoyable. Overall it felt cramped, crowded, damp, and a let down from what was shown on the website.

There are two things I experience there fairly regularly that spoil the experience a bit and keep me from giving a 5-star rating. First, there have been way too many times where I've been there and there were too many people in for me to be able to get into the soaking pool. The management team really needs to do a better job of making sure there aren't too many people scheduled. If it were just a one-time occurrence that would be one thing. But it happens WAY too often. Second, this is supposed to be a space for quiet and relaxation; people are asked not to be too loud. And yet, again, fairly regularly it happens that people do get really loud (even during supposed quiet times) to the point where I have to get loud myself in order to be heard by anyone I happen to be there with. It would be nice if someone from the staff would come by regularly to the soaking area and remind people to keep it down.

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I called specifically requesting a deep tissue massage, but was told the available therapist, Noel, did not offer that service. I was instead recommended a therapeutic massage with medium-to-firm pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure was very light and did not address any of the tension or knots I was hoping to work out. I regularly visit spas and have received Swedish massages that were significantly deeper. While Noel was pleasant, the massage simply did not meet my needs, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I was also surprised to learn at checkout that there was an additional charge to use the spa amenities. In my experience, amenities are typically included when booking a treatment. Had I known about the extra fee when I asked about amenities while booking, I could have made a more informed decision. The jacuzzi ended up being the best part of my visit, but I go to a spa primarily for the quality of the massage. Overall, I left feeling that the experience was not worth the cost, and I do not plan to return. I'm giving two stars because the front desk staff was friendly and the facility itself appeared clean and inviting.

All the accessories you would need are provided: shower/spa shoes, towels (multiple types), their own line of yummy shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They even have a drying machine to cycle out the water in your swim suit. Love that there are multiple sections (hot soaking pool, warm still water, cold plunge, sauna, steam room infused with eucalyptus) to go through and that there's a guide for how to rotate through the spaces on the wall. The steam room was my favorite. Also love the outdoor balcony section with lots of chairs to soak in sunshine or lounge with a book. In my experience, service is super friendly esp with the mini locker room rundown. Water pressure and temperature is very finnicky in the shower stalls, but they were very spacious. Cascada, on the other hand, is a whole different level. The comparison honestly feels like Spirit vs Delta, Holiday Inn vs The Ritz, Nissan vs Lexus. Once you've experienced that level of intention, design, and atmosphere, it's hard to go back. Knot Springs isn't bad, it's just not that.
