Great bar! Clean, excellent service, delicious wings, good local IPA selection. Lots of Tv's, great fun crowd for the cowboys game. I stay at the Hyatt Regency, Richardson, quite frequently. I found this place as it's a short walk from the hotel. Very happy I did, the food is very tasty, no problem with a special order from a picky eater, and the service is quick and attentive. Brian at the bar, is great, suggesting food, and making sure you have a drink and water. Had the pleasure to meet the owner (Becca I believe), she was great and works hard along side her team. Unfortunately, I have ONLY lived in Richardson for 6 weeks and do not know the unspoken code at this place. I have been here 1 time before and loved the food and environment. BUT today I witnessed something that made me sick. 2 men making fun and laughing at a disabled person. I offered to buy them a drink and talk to them, BUT was denied. I was treated horribly by the staff, including pointing and whispering. I did NOT understand this since I ONLY spoke to 1 bartender regarding this incident, asking to buy them a drink. Yet Was ignored by 2 other servers and got several eye rolls by a "normally" sweet young server. I asked the owner what I didnt wrong and he came up with some outlandish story about me and I was informed NO ONE WHO WORKS IN HIS BAR IS RUDE AND NO ONE WHO COMES TO HIS BAR treats others poorly. I felt like I was trapped in a 1980s "B" mafia movie. Maybe get your food to go, cause the staff is worse than those in BX... AT least in bronx they say it to your face!!! read more

She showed no interest in understanding the menu. When asked about the spices of the wings she admitted she'd never tried them. It's a wing place. You should maybe TRY the wings if you work there. So we ordered boneless wings with two sauces. She held a notepad and pen... But wrote nothing down. Then came back to our table because she forgot which two sauces we ordered. THEN, the order came out. Not boneless. Ugh. At least use a pen and paper. The wings were okay, but nothing noteworthy. The chips and "queso" was a velveta mess of blandness with cold chips. The loaded fries looked like they had been stuck in a microwave for a minute too long and we're just a hot mess of grease and grossness. Typical sports bar scene, food takes a while to get out, of course to get you to stay longer and buy extra stuff. the place is fairly small, so i actually found it kind of cozy. My husband and I went here randomly because we saw it was new. It was DEAD on a Saturday afternoon. We sat at the bar and the two owners/managers and their bartender drank at the bar the whole time-- doing shots of Fireball. I mean, I get it's your bar and everything, but it was pretty unprofessional to do that when there are customers around, in our opinion. They have like 80,000 tv's so whatever you want to watch should be on one of them. I think we had beer to drink-- i didn't really trust the bartender to make me a decent cocktail. We had wings-- we ordered too many and took them home. I don't remember being impressed by them and I didn't eat the leftovers...so take that for what it's worth.
