I have to leave an in depth review that maybe 10 people might read, but it's necessary. Let me start with saying my wife and I have been losing weight (Both down 30+ pounds) and we have cheat meal every Saturday. We were both rather heavy, so we indulge in foods that can be super greasy, yet delicious. We love fast food, Mexican, wings, pizza, etc. We can mow down a ton of food and every cheat meal we spend close to $100-$150. There's nothing more that pisses me off than having a disappointing cheat meal, because not only would it have been expensive, but the most exciting part of or week would be our night out and it could be a let down. So let me get to my review on wing hut. Personally, I love to get Wingstop with paddle board pizza or dominoes thin crust. I really do like wingstop, but every time I eat there I feel a rumble in the jungle that unleashes an unholy beast inside me. The taste of wingstop is delicious. The wings at every pizza place I've ever been to is that breaded crap with a meat that is super questionable, so when we get pizzas and wings which is 80% of our cheat meals, we get wingstop. So I am going to compare this Wing Hut to wingstop. Now let me just start by saying the taste of the wings is extremely comparable to wingstop. However, the wings at Wing Hut tasted like they weren't tossed on the floor before eating them. They tasted fresh and had a 20% less grease factor than wingstop. Driving home after a burger, 2 pounds of wings, curly fries, straight fries, funnel cake fries and a burger I still feel relatively fine. With wingstop I'd be crying to my wife to get the preparation h wipes or leaning outside my car to get rid of everything I ate in one fell swoop. The wings were delicious, but so are wingstops. They just had a better care factor. Since this is such a long review let me wrap the burger, fries and dessert into one paragraph. I'm a burger connoisseur. Some of these burger places are getting out of hand and as a fat man I just want a natural burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and mayo. This burger hit the spot. Delicious. Now the fries were good too. They had 20% less grease factor than most places. As a man who loves curly fries from Arby's, I would come here for curly fry's now before I ever touch Arby's. Arby's curly fries are the greasiest food on the planet holy cow, but those cheddar melts are goddly. We also ordered the funnel cake fries and I don't have to say much about those. Who makes a bad funnel cake honestly... just delicious all around. Now the staff. They're just excellent people. Personally I don't like to talk to people at all. I hate having to order my food, order my movie tickets. I would rather order everything my phone and just have someone drop it off at my doorstep, so I don't have to have any interaction with anyone. Everyone here was super friendly and I loved being there for the hour I was there. Enjoyed by wings, beer, burgers and dessert. Everything about this place was relaxing and I couldn't recommend it more. read more

I can't believe I've resided in Aurora for so long without knowing about this place! They have a variety of flavors to choose from and they're all finger lickin' delicious! You order up front by the pound, they also serve deep fried mac and cheese wedges, and their funnel cake fries are AMAZE BALLS! For a specialty wing joint, they are pretty damn good, and the price is what should be expected. I don't know if they offer particular deals (what can I say, I love a good discount offer) but the price is not cheap, but neither is the product. Their fire ranch is just what I need on a day requiring a little caloric pick me up. The location is perfect to pick up some wings and cross over to Dry Dock which allows outside food. Would I get it again, heck yes. Would I chose this over other food, maybe if the mood struck me. Would I go across town just for this place, probably not. read more

Came here for a organization social. We had probably 50 people show up at some point and we filled up the whole restaurant and the outside seating so I felt bad for all the other customers that came afterwards. I didn't try the food so can't speak on that. They don't have hard liquor which is a bit weird for having a bar. They did have beer on tap and quite a bit of variety as well. The bartenders are very nice and charming. The outside seating is very nice especially during a summer night. There are lights strung across the trees and it's very quiet and definitely a cool place to hangout. I didn't like this place as much as buffalo wild wings which is much more spacious. read more

I have always enjoyed every visit to the Wing Hut. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The place overall is clean with a great atmosphere. The food is great and as someone who likes to eat lots of wings, I can tell that the quality of the actual chicken is better than the other places I've eaten at before. Pretty cool little wing spot. I got the bee-sting and the pesto-parmesan. Both were pretty good but I preferred the bee-sting. My wife got the lemon pepper and honey BBQ. Out of all 4 I liked the bee-sting the most and the lemon pepper the least. Also, I got the chipotle coleslaw which was some of the best slaw I have ever had. Their fries were pretty dang good too. One thing I loved was they had a bunch of local micro brews on tap and all their sodas were Jones, which if you are from the Midwest you will really appreciate it. I saw really good Stars on this place and decided to try it for the first time. It's in a strip mall and easy to find. But when I walked in I immediately noticed that several of the tables needed cleaning. I still tried to remain open-minded as the order taker was friendly. (Btw, I only saw the table busser come out one time while some customers had to clean their own tables.) They charge by the pound (lb) and I ordered the 1/2lb, 4-5 wings order. I received 5, but the wings were pretty small and the Buffalo sauce was just OK. I also ordered a small side of fries and they were swimming in Salt. I normally like salt, but they were so bad I literally had to use a napkin and wipe off each fry just to eat it. I was going to take it back and complain, but the order takers were busy and I didn't trust the "cooks" to Not do something to my new order. So disappointing lately. After my visit today I had to come change my review to "Meh. I've experienced better." because I have. And it used to be at this place. After a 4 minute hold on the phone I placed my order. Drove down after waiting 10 minutes expecting it to be ready but it wasn't. Wait wasn't long - maybe 5 minutes. I get home and this was the third time in a row there were items & the extra ranch I paid for was missing in my to go order. You would think I'd learn after a couple of times to check but nope. This is in the top two for my favorite wing places! Doesn't hurt it is across from Dry Dock Brewery also. Be sure to order early if you get extra crispy because they take a while. They have tons of sauces and dry rubs to choose from. I would highly recommend this place. read more

I wasn't going to write a review, but I tried it for the first time for lunch and I am seriously considering ordering some for dinner as they deliver after 5. That must mean something! Only reason they did not get 5 stars is because homemade is ALWAYS better and I like crisp. The dry rub is crisp, but the sauce ones are not- not a problem- a quick turn under the broiler and it was perfect. . But they have so many flavors that I need to try. Chicken was on point (maybe a little more salt might have helped- but I am from the South), hush puppies were good too, fries were so so- a take it or leave it affair. Definitely try if you are in the mood for wings, but not a chain. Next time, I will try to remember to take pictures. read more

This is our go to place for wings. The service is probably the friendliest I have ever experienced. The wings are absolutely delicious. My wife likes the hot mango sauce, whereas I love the hot honey mustard. The salads are delicious as well as the curly fries. A large curly fry order is probably good for 4 people. read more

They were busy! Good wings indeed, purchase was for 1pound of wings (I got the hot wings, to gauge the standard.) Very satisfying, sauce was definitely spicy, and very effective packaging to prevent sauce from dripping or leaking, whilst still allowing me to take my wings on the go. I would absolutely try more of their flavors, the only thing preventing this from being a 5 star review would be that I sort of got a little skeptical about the cleanliness of the glasses of water that they served, seems like they go quick, and I'm sure I saw a soap spot or two on the glass before the poured the water into it. I love going here, not only for the great wings, the small but expertly chosen selection of beers on tap, but the people. They are why I won't go anywhere else in town for wings. This has been such an amazing find in Aurora! Since first trying their wings I have gone back time and time again to get them. They are cooked perfectly and are very crispy. I generally like dry wings and theirs do not disappoint, however, my husband get their wings with sauce and also loves them. I have only ever ordered for pick up but when I have been there the atmosphere is very lively. As some have mentioned it is definitely a hole in the wall location. When you first get there the outside is questionable but don't let that deter you because you would definitely miss out. I've been wanting to drive over and try this place for a while! I love supporting local businesses especially when they value and appreciate their customers as I'd heard this place does. First off, it wasn't very crowded (it was an early lunch) but that ended up working for us because we had several questions. Phil was more than helpful when it came to making sure we ordered the right amount. (For example, even though the menu only offers chicken strips in orders of 2 or 6, you can order them in any amount). My husband and I both ordered the chicken strips (4) tossed in sauce. (We love the taste of wings but without the mess!). One was the garlic parm buffalo sauce and the other the rajun bbq sauce. Both were delicious and way more than I expected. These aren't your run of the mill sauces. It's evident that they take pride in their flavors that truly set them apart! The chicken strips were lightly breaded and cooked to perfection. We added on a side of curly fries and straight fries along with 2 cool and refreshing Dry Dock drafts. During our meal, Phil made sure everything turned out as we expected. He then filled us in on upcoming events and their close connection with Dry Dock. It might be a little more expensive than wing stop or wing street, but it's a price I'm happy to pay. The quality of the fresh food and service make it totally worth it! We are looking forward to returning soon and trying some of their Cajun specialties. read more

The food is to die for and the flavors are out of this world. You ask me try the hot honey mustered or chili lime ranch.
