Wing Slingers (Illiff & Quebec) I ordered a 30-piece mild wing with lemon pepper sprinkles and was given plain lemon pepper wings with no mild sauce at all. When I called the store to let them know about the mistake, the employee insisted the wings were correct. What made this especially frustrating is that I had visited this exact location the weekend before with my family and ordered the same wings, a flavor I've been ordering for years, and only returned because we felt we had finally found a wing spot that delivers the quality and flavor we like. The employee argued that their mild sauce is a buttery sauce and "not red," which directly contradicts what I was served just last weekend. Instead of listening to the customer and trying to correct the issue, they chose to argue. The lack of customer service and hospitality was disappointing and reflects poorly on management. Ordered boneless chicken wings. What we received was boneless, buffalo chicken bites. Over breaded and could not taste the sauce over the strong buffalo flavor. Waited more than 30 minutes. Horrible service. I went to pick up my food that I ordered over the phone. The cashier was so rude. I checked the bag because I had a feeling something would be off, but I didn't do too deep of a dive. Everything looked okay but when I got home, we had clearly received the wrong order. Our appetizer was missing and the chicken order was incorrect. I called and the attitude I got was crazy. Same rude cashier insisted she put the appetizer in the bag while I'm sitting here staring at the untouched food that is clearly missing the appetizer. There did not seem to be much diversity in the staff of customers either. Wouldn't recommend eating here at the one off Evans and Qubec. Ordered their 24 wing combo, they only give ONE sauce for free and charge for any additional. Customer service was extremely poor as well. No, no and no! I've lived in this community for a while and have always wanted to try the wings cause are literally my favorite food. These chicken nuggets bites were very disappointing. The picture showed them saturated with sauce and baked very well when I got them it looked like they had gotten a bunch of nuggets from Sam's club or some place and fried them up and they came dry and hard with no sauce at all and only two ranch dressing in the bag which I didn't need. I wanted the buffalo boneless as advertised! The fries and poppers as well looked like they had just been unfrozen and cooked. I will never order from here again and the so called cheese cake was hot little bread bites with some kind of filling inside. I have no idea what this is and again they put chocolate sauce in a little cup. So this was not at all cheesecake as advertised. My partner and I ordered some wings from here for the first time. Ordering was easy over the phone and the order was ready within 15 min. Great service from the girl working the register. Opening the bag, a lot of the smaller bags and boxes were almost wet due to condensation from the hot food. I ordered the regular size of the boneless wings in BBQ sauce with ranch for dipping. My partner for the 12 wing meal of bone-in wings in the mild sauce with blue cheese and ranch for dipping. The 10 oz of wings for the regular was a lot, so I wasn't able to finish all of them. The sauce also taste more like a sauce in Asian cuisine, as opposed to BBQ. The sauce was still good, but not what I expected. My partner said the mild sauce was just as good as mine, but his wings were super small. Overall, a good enough place when we occasionally crave wings, but still want to try other places.
