I prefer my tea to be unsweetened & plenty of it. Mira Mesa's tea is unsweetened & is served from a large metal container & when that container runs dry, the employees make no fuss about preparing a fresh batch for me, even at 35 minutes before closing. When the Caguas location starts serving unsweetened tea, I will be back.

I repeated the fact that I had been waiting for 30 minutes for somebody to take my order. She apologized but insisted the kitchen was already closed. I then asked to speak to the manager. She left and came back later to tell me they were going to leave the kitchen open until 9:30 PM for me. Later, one of the servers gave me a nasty look while looking at her watch as if saying why are you still here? I thought to myself if they had given me a table and had taken my order when I first arrived, they would have been done before 9:00 PM.
