Its a fine dining restaurant so the restaurant is really upscale but they also made the restaurant a bit cozy at the same time. The service was amazing as well. Im sorry I forgot his name but he paid really good attention and constantly checked on us especially for my allergies. The food was some of the most delicious food ive ever tasted, especially the risotto (10/10). There was one dish that my girlfriend didnt like but they went immediately to get her something new. Im only giving a 4 star because the dessert i had did have something I was allergic to despite reassurance which cause swollen lips and throwing up outside. Im not sure if the dessert was pre-made but having the allergens directly on the menu may help. Otherwise I completely recommend trying here.

The menu includes a five course prix fixe menu for $115 per person. The ambiance was nice but I think they could modify the inside of the restaurant. It felt like I was dining in a conference room. However, every single staff member and the service here was 100% amazing-- they even offered me a cashmere scarf to borrow since I was cold. You don't get that kind of service anywhere! First course was started off with canapes served with buttery soup and their warm selection of breads with sea salt and butter on the side. There were also some light bites that were brought to us to salivate our palates, which included a bite-sized everything bagel and cream cheese, a small item topped with tobiko, and a bite sized salted caramel pastry. Second course, I had the Hamachi Crudo and my husband had the hand-cut beef tartare. The hamachi crudo was very fresh. The beef tartare blew me away. It was half cooked and mixed with truffle egg dressing. Ugh it was like a party of delicious flavors. The beef tartare was probably my favorite out of all the dishes! Third course, we had the seafood risotto. There was ample amounts of lobster, shrimp, and calamari in the dish. Only complaint was that there was some bits of lobster shells in the risotto but hey, that's how you know it is super fresh and it did not come straight from a can. Fourth course, I had the sea scallops and my husband had the filet mignon. Both dishes... amazingly good! The scallops had a perfect sear and tasted very fresh. The filet mignon was not chewy and cooked to perfection. There was a crispy layered potato served on the side that was also very flavorful of butter. Fifth course, I had the citrus panna cotta and my husband had the flourless chocolate cake. Both desserts was a nice cherry on top of our meal. Needless to say, this place was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I will definitely be 100% returning!

The food has a simple, understated presentation, but the flavors were genuinely delicious! Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The highlight for us was definitely the vegan mofongo, which is surprisingly hard to find. It was so nice to have a traditional Puerto Rican dish with a vegan option, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Cowboy Burger and requested it medium, but it came out well done. That seems to be fairly common from what I've experienced so far in Puerto Rico, so it wasn't a major issue. My husband had the Americana Breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. The other couple with us both ordered the ham and cheese croissant and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. In fact, everyone in our group is already talking about coming back before we leave! The restaurant is very cute inside, with a welcoming atmosphere and a full bar. They also offer brunch, lunch and dinner, and outdoor seating, making it a great option any time of day. This was a wonderful find, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a pleasant dining experience.

Waiters are trying to compensate even though it is slightly busy in certain time. Their breakfasts are usually 20 dollars but you can prepaid and make it to 15 (vouchers). Dinner and lunch have the same menu. They have live music on weekends and Friday. Their drink menu is huge too since the drinking culture is dominant here. Food itself is a mixture of American and puerto Rican influence as you can imagine. They are on the pricer side for sure but you will definitely be full. Overall 9/10. Tldr: good vibe, good decor, food is slightly saltier, attentive waiters.

The second time (Monday, August 10, 2026), I arrived around 8:30 PM and stood in front of the hostess station waiting for a very long time. Meanwhile, the servers gathered at the bar (within sight of me) and continued to ignore me. Finally, I asked for a table and then a guy sat me down and served me half a glass of water. Then I waited and waited and waited. Finally, around 8:57 PM, a server came to tell me that the kitchen was already closed (the kitchen typically closes at 9:00 PM on that day of the week). I then reminded the server that I had been waiting for 30 minutes. She said that, regardless, the kitchen was already closed. I repeated the fact that I had been waiting for 30 minutes for somebody to take my order. She apologized but insisted the kitchen was already closed. I then asked to speak to the manager. She left and came back later to tell me they were going to leave the kitchen open until 9:30 PM for me. Later, one of the servers gave me a nasty look while looking at her watch as if saying why are you still here? I thought to myself if they had given me a table and had taken my order when I first arrived, they would have been done before 9:00 PM. I'm writing this simply hoping that a manager will read it and re-train the staff. I was a Quality Assurance supervisor so I understand how valuable feedback is. I'm not looking for a free meal or even a discount. In fact, my tip was equal (100%) to the cost of the meal. :)

Our waiter was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us the entire night. Consistently checking in, refilling waters, removing plates, etc. The ceviche was some of the best I've had on the island so far. The fish was fresh and juicy, and the mango was the perfect touch. Each entree that we ordered was nearly licked cleaned from how good it was. Our favorites of the night were the lobster ravioli and ribs. We each had dessert as well, the chocolate cake and crème brûlée was perfect! I can't recommend this place more! It has been of our favorite places in Puerto Rico so far.

The moment we got there the server made us feel at home and the waiter was on point too. The vibe is old school jazz bar...just phenomenal food and everything...in NYC would have been a $100 cover plus dinner and drinks.
