In 2010, Andrew Giles created my website for me and it was an excellent experience. In 2012, I went back to Wired Mouse to get a quote on updating my web. The quote was high and I felt I was given a "run of the mill" quote rather than being acknowledged as an ongoing and returning customer. I found another web designer for my project, but left the server service with Wired Mouse. I recently found that there are less expensive server companies and decided to have my domain transferred. My web designer tells me this is a relatively simple process - taking at most 7 days. Emiliano and Andrew ( not Giles) worked to make this happen. It didn't after 2 full weeks of run around after run around. Andrew was the "soothe us" upper mgmt person, while Emiliano was the tech tasked with doing the work which he didn't know how to do. He had difficulty returning emails and phone calls and seemed to be at the hands of others in the company to direct him as to what to do. The final straw was when we found out that Wired Mouse didn't know the The Host Location or IP address; FTP user name and FTP password. This is all that was needed to migrate my site and these are the very items a hosting company is tasked with having. Don't waste your time with Wired Mouse as a host for your site. I'm having a new site built and it will be directed to my new host. It was time for another web update! read more

On 07/17/17, I took my laptop in with a single complaint, my mouse keeps freezing. I was sold a " System Cleanout + Tweak & Optimize for $149.00. I asked Stan when I picked it up, " Are you sure my mouse won't freeze up again?" He said " Yes, that should take care of everything". I brought it home, turned it on and in less than 3 seconds, my mouse froze up again. I immediately called back and spoke with Hank who told me to bring it back in the following day. My Husband said " Hell No! They just sold you something you didn't even need and didn't fix the mouse freezing up , now they want you to bring it back and charge you even more to fix what you originally brought it in for"? I will not recommend this business to anyone and wouldn't have given 1 star if there had been an option to give a minus. read more

Although the Wired Mouse's techies aren't bad and know what they are talking about, as with almost all computer shops, their prices are pretty outrageous, and their stock isn't really up to par with their prices. For example: Last July I was assembling a computer with a need for a power supply around 500W. The stock one I had was obviously bad, but had to have one the next day, as my friend needed her computer up and running for homework. With no other choice I had to go to computer shops to find a power supply, finally ending up at the Wired Mouse, having to fork over $75.37 for a no name brand power supply with a weird wattage of 520W. Only a little over 10 months to the day the supply is completely dead, and power supplies on Newegg.com that are of much higher wattage and quality go for only 50 dollars or so (had to buy one today) , even last year when I bought the supply from the Wired Mouse. So please, unless you absolutely have no other choice and HAVE TO have a computer part within the day, spend your money in a better place. P.S. The Wired Mouse has a no Return or Exchange policy, so even if your were unfortunate enough to have a part dead out of the box, too bad. read more

They are ALWAYS very patient with me, do not make me feel ignorant and graciously help me with all my issues. I cannot say enough good about this business and the technicians who work there! These guys are amazing- I've visited them four times now, and every time they have been incredibly nice, and have gone the extra mile to make sure my computer is fixed, on my timeframe, with no hassles. They even offered to meet me there at 8AM on a Sunday to get my computer out of the shop when I had forgotten to pick it up on Saturday and had to take it to work with me. read more

I took a small laptop that was having a touch screen problem and ask if the screen could be disabled. After running there free checkup, I was told that the computer had more than one virus. They had the equipment to disable the touch function of the screen and would debug the computer for only $150.00 (Their tune up). I took the computer home did some research and found that I/ME could turn the touch function off in the control panel. I then ran virus scans and all turned up no virus, malware, or spyware. Feel assured that I will rush back to them when I have another problem read more

I wouldn't even give them one star. Terrible service they told me I had a virus and some other spyware, showed me no proof of it and my computer still didn't work after I got it back. They charged me 150 dollars for nothing. Very dishonest people there. I then brought it home and googled the problem and figured it out myself. From now on i'll either try to fix it myself or take it to the geek squad. read more
