The braised beef noodle soup was easily my favorite dish. The broth was flavorful, the beef was tender, and it came out at the perfect temperature. My only complaint was the noodles themselves. They were pretty tangled and clumped together, almost like they had been sitting refrigerated before being added to the broth. Once separated, though, I really enjoyed the dish. We also ordered the sliced beef with hot peppers. The beef had good flavor, but I thought the sauce was a little too dry for my preference. And when they say hot peppers, they mean it, there were A LOT of jalapeños. There was also a small wait between receiving the noodle soup and the rest of our entrées, so the timing could have been a little better. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space, and is conveniently located near Downtown Redlands. Overall, I'm glad to see a place serving good Shanghai style Chinese food in an area where there aren't a ton of options like this. Definitely a place I'd come back to and try more of the menu. 7/10

The girls are friendly, dont mind the Male Boss, he hardly speak english but his intention is to make customer satisfied. oh yeah, their price is not bad, and they always gave out 10% discount, Just Ask!! Horrible experience. I have never been in a position to write a review such as this negative. I noticed the floors were very dirty, but figured with an A grade their food should be well prepped in a clean kitchen. I was incorrect. The chow mein I received had a full bodied roach. I took it to the counter and advised her quietly at which time she apologized and blamed the neighbors for the rodents. The neighboring businesses adjacent to that property are not food vendors. Regardless, a reimbursement was offered to which I refused and advised I would not be returning to this place of business to consume any more food. So sad, but I don't want anyone going there and getting sick. read more

we eat here often for lunch ..the food is typical chinese take out ..better than panda express..overall good food and its fresh most of the time..however the staff is rude alot of the time..and you have to beg to get any hot sauce etc..to the point i just offer to pay for it ! read more
