Food was very average. The employees were very nice and friendly so that is always a plus. I wish I actually would have taken a picture of the orange chicken because my husband commented on greasy it looked behind the glass counter. He usually always orders orange chicken and wanted some but did not because of the way it looked. I actually love Kung pao chicken but didn't order that either because it did not look very appealing. I ended up ordering half and half (rice and chow mein) with beef/broccoli and "spicy" chicken, which actually was almost like a different version of Kung pao in my opinion. It was pretty good and it actually was pretty spicy, it had a nice little kick. We also got egg rolls- they were average. People kept coming in and out ordering, so you can tell it's quite popular despite being right next to a Panda Express. My husband mentioned he'd rather go to Panda next time because he felt like the food is more fresh there. We like supporting local businesses so sad to say we might not be back again :( read more

I explained that the right thing to do was to not charge me for the water chestnuts to make up for it. She refused. Good spot for some quick Chinese food. Good flavor and portions are good. Nothing fancy just basic but sometimes that all you need. I had the Teriyaki Chicken, BBQ Chicken with chow mein and fried rice which is good. My Wife had the Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao with Chow mein and fried rice another good choice. We've been coming to the Wok experience for years and we have always gotten fresh and tasty food! It's unfortunate that others have had bad experiences as it's a great affordable option for Asian style foods. "Chinese food" authenticity obviously is arguable, as it is fast food Chinese food, not Chinese fine cuisine restaurant food. Luckily the Wok experience doesn't claim to be authentic other than wok cooked Asian style food. We love the dishes and have favorites such as teriyaki chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and sesame chicken. Never soggy and always fresh. I always order the cream cheese wontons and egg rolls, always crispy and tasty! The staff is cordial, there sometimes maybe a language difference but in all fairness they are not in any way rude. The dining area is clean, has plenty of seating of tables and bar top tables as well. Give them a shot, they are definitely worth it! read more

I am very picky on where I buy Wor Wonton soup from just because many places will give you a shit ton of broth and very minimal ingredients! This place is a 3 at best, food was sitting out a while and Some was dried out looking and didn't look freshly cooked it all had to ask for mostly all food to be re-cooked! She said it would be an extra 20 minutes who's waiting that long. There was a bone in my orange chicken that cut my gums. It was freezing cold inside because the doors were open. Too many flies buzzing around. The lady who took our order was on the phone taking another order while a line of people were waiting. Then after waiting for her to GET OFF THE PHONE she didn't even have the order ready to go. There were two guys in the back and neither came to help customers LAZY. The food was HORRIBLE. The Wok Experience was a WACKEF Experience!!! We were on our way home and since we are 20 minutes away from home. We decided to eat in the dining area. I have never been here before ..so was excited to try it. In line, we are rushed by a woman who could not understand me. I thought it was the plastic barrier between us, but I later find out it was a language barrier. We order (2) 3-item combos my bf wants bbq pork, but we are told it's a wait. No worries. We add (2) soups 2 egg rolls and (2) self-serve fountain drinks. I ask if they take tap to pay. I am told no, like No.no no no but I can see the tap on the card reader. I tell the woman I do not have my card, she now offers me the tap reader. I am told the bbq pork is an additional $1.00. Nowhere on the menu does it say BBQ pork is an additional fee. Okay, first time what am I gonna do? We fill our drinks get our food and find a table to sit at. Less than 5 minutes later a man carrying orange cones and trash bags begins to prop open both sets of double doors. It is 7:51 pm, we think shoot maybe they are closing. We ask what time they close, we are told 9:30 pm. It's freaking cold out hot food is cooling off fast. We ask can the doors in front of us can be closed. The man says no we are cleaning the floors. I scan the dining area, they are no tables to move to that are not in direct contact with the doors. So we can't stay and eat. Our hot food is now Lukewarm we decide to go home and reheat it, that's how cold it was. We pack up our meals. I go to get a refill. There is a $1.00 refill. No signs stating this. I will never come back I don't care how hungry I am. read more

The oil of the noodles dispersed with the veggies and although they didn't have beef broccoli, they still had the bbq pork and that was pretty good. I noticed today is that they DO NOT switch there gloves from when handling the food to handling the money. It's pretty obvious when the gloves are stained from handling the food. Use to love this place at one point but the quality of the food it bad, I was given really old the beef and broccoli after they specifically told me that they picked a fresh one out obviously, that was false, because my broccoli was super dry and sour. The lady that serving food wears gloves but is touching money and serving food with the same gloves makes no sense at all if your going to wear gloves once you've touched money you need to take those off and put new ones on but they won't because their cheap .
