The color is wrong, the wording is not where it was discussed. The wording itself is wrong. We were told we could pick it up as early as 6 but opted for 9. Her party started at 10. She arrived at 8:50 and she was told the cake wasn't ready. They were rushing to do the lettering on the cake. She did finally get it at 9:20 but with her being 19 she was not going to point out the defects. She waited to get with us, adults, so we could address it. They did show her the cake as they quickly boxed it. So they didn't ask her if it was right... Realistically they wouldn't be able to fix it. The color is supposed to be light blue but I suppose turquoise is close... smh. This would not be easily corrected and it's fine. It would have just been nice for them to do what was discussed like the lettering around the base because our daughter's name is too long for the top. I like how they wrote it over the decoration even though this was not supposed to happen. Oh! And instead of "Charlotte's First Birthday" it's "Charlotte first birthday" in poor condensed font to fit it in. The cake isnt terrible but I expect better quality for $80. It isn't what we wanted. I did call them and let them know but again, what can they do. I'm including photos. I would have rather pay a fraction and order from Publix. They never do me wrong. And while it's more basic I get what I ask for. We did get cupcakes too. They turned out ok but it's a real disappointment about our daughter's first cake. Not the end of the world but a disappointment I'd like to spare others from if possible.

We had a Banana Pudding Roll $8.00. The roll was nicely done not too chewy and just enough cinnamon. The slices of banana add wow on this one. We also had a Strawberry Shortcake Roll. Hubs sent them photos of the cookies (the box all six cookies were in was sealed with a sticker when he picked them up) and the store set him up with four replacement cookies. While that thought flickered through my mind, I abruptly heard her say, "I'm sorry." I assumed she was talking to me since I'd been waiting for a while, and so I reflexively said, "You're fine!" I quickly realized she wasn't speaking to me at all and was instead having a conversation on the phone through the headphones she was wearing. Nice. This went on for another minute or two -- it was a fairly personal conversation and she seemed to be consoling someone on the other end -- and I just decided it wasn't worth the hassle and frustration. Y'all know I try my best to be very forgiving of service and such but this was a bridge too far for me. I had read reviews prior to coming here about service being bad and I thought surely people were overreacting or being entitled but now I don't think so. They are not sweet cheesecakes but also missing the classic tang of the cream cheese. It just didn't taste like anything. Overall the service was nice and the food was packaged so nicely but you can get better options with similar packaging at some other places without paying almost $10 a slice. Even cheesecake factory gives double the portions or more for $12.
