It had peanut butter and Reese's peanut butter cups with vanilla ice cream. My son got a cotton candy and root beer flavored mix that he loved and my wife got something with pecans and chocolate that she also enjoyed. The service was wonderful and we were helped immediately. My daughter ordered the cotton candy ice cream with sprinkles mixed in. However, the staff just served her a scoop of cotton candy ice cream with so few sprinkles on top. Didn't even bother to mix the sprinkles in on the cold stone, which defeats the purpose of even visiting a Cold Stone. This place is awesome. My wife & I got a cup with two scopes, and it was amazing. I got the Coffee & Chocolate Fudge, and my wife got the Salted Carmel & Chocolate Fudge, and we were in Ice Cream Heaven. Great Stuff, folks. This will be Burger Man's Ice Cream go-to place for sure. It's Cold Stone, and it's fine. I mean, you know what you're getting into (or should): a long line, lots of confused people who don't understand the menu, teens doing the best they can dishing out sugary sweets, toddlers running around screaming while their parents ignore them... Unfortunately, every time we've been they've been out of critical ingredients (like, half the ice cream flavors, random fruit, etc.) and it's been a challenge to just select something to eat. It's a pricy joint (in my opinion), but that's controlled by corporate. It's fine, but just go in knowing what you're getting into. read more

I ordered my elopement cake from this cold stone and it was messed up. on 3/8/24 my partner and i ordered a cake for our elopement. we didn't have a big fancy wedding, so i wanted to go with cold stone, because in my mind, cold stone was always pretty good. we ordered for pick up at 4:30 and got there on time. we waited about 15 minutes before one of the workers talked to us. they kept looking at us, but never acknowledging us. after 15 minutes my husband was upset because we had our celebration planned with a small group. my husband was putting our cake in the cooler as i pulled out of the parking lot, and he noticed how messed up the cake was. not only was it visibly messed up, but they also didn't make the cake like we ordered it! my husband and i decided to just go celebrate and we'd contact support after the party instead of holding up guests. i filed a complaint through the website, but it was never responded to. hey managers of cold stone, here's my incident report number. contact me. #2692429 read more

I enjoy Cold Stone Creamy! It is a little more than I like to spend on a regular basis for ice cream but I had a gift card :) My sister and I took our 90 year old grandfather here for a grandpa/granddaughter date while grandma was getting her hair done! He loved it! He got one of the coffee ice creams and seemed to fully enjoy not only the company ;-) but the sweet treat as well. Staff was helpful and it was clean! read more

We order many of our office cakes from here & the family stops in time to time, wish it were closer to Madison ! Some of the cakes we've ordered have turned out so beautiful, didn't know ice cream cake makers were so creative ! We've had the kids get an ice cream making tutorials & had some off the menu creations. Ask for the strawberry shortcake it's delicious ... if you drop a tip the staff sings a cool Flintstones like song, it's cool . We came in thirty minutes before nine to get sorbet, we got one sample, and were out very quickly. The short red haired girl at the counter was rude, kept walking away while we were ordering, was annoyed at having scoop a sample, and was generally obnoxious. The second dark haired woman with tattoos brought out the mop water at 8:40 and was pretty much pushing us out. We were going to eat inside since we had a lot of time, but we really didn't feel comfortable so we ate in the car. It still was not nine and they turned four people away as they mopped. By far the friendliest Cold Stone Creamery employees out of every one I have been to. They were very sweet to my son and gave me exactly what I asked for even though I can be a little picky!! On top of it, they were busy. Having worked in the food service in the past, I know how difficult it is to still be kind in a rush on a Friday night. On top of it, the cashier recognized that my husband was a veteran and gave him a military discount. That was the "cherry on top", so to speak!! Seriously worst customer service. Ordered a dish of ice cream for my daughter and she just threw the m&ms on top. Wouldn't take the time and to mix them in. I ordered a cone she plopped down a dish of ice cream and shoved a cone on top. When I asked if they put ice cream on a cone she said no its to heavy. I got the smallest size? When I said I guess I didn't need the cone then she just rolled her eyes at me. Couldn't even say have a nice day or thank you. She was just out right rude.
