I ordered my elopement cake from this cold stone and it was messed up. on 3/8/24 my partner and i ordered a cake for our elopement. we didn't have a big fancy wedding, so i wanted to go with cold stone, because in my mind, cold stone was always pretty good. we ordered for pick up at 4:30 and got there on time. we waited about 15 minutes before one of the workers talked to us. they kept looking at us, but never acknowledging us. after 15 minutes my husband was upset because we had our celebration planned with a small group. my husband was putting our cake in the cooler as i pulled out of the parking lot, and he noticed how messed up the cake was. not only was it visibly messed up, but they also didn't make the cake like we ordered it! my husband and i decided to just go celebrate and we'd contact support after the party instead of holding up guests. i filed a complaint through the website, but it was never responded to. hey managers of cold stone, here's my incident report number. contact me. #2692429

After $25 worth of overpriced ice cream and a tip, the staff would not accommodate a request for a cup of tap water, wanting to sell a bottle of water.

I got the coffee lovers only and it was amazing! Worth the calories. Friendly staff and great customer service. If you're ever have craving for ice cream this is the place!!

Love the ice-cream and the staff!! It's one if our favorite places to go with the family. Friendly faces always greet us and offer help when we want to try something new!

I blacked out my kid's name, but you can see how pretty it was.

We've ordered ice cream cakes from here 3 times in the last couple of months for kids birthdays & special occasions. Each time, the order process has been great. The selection of designs is huge & they always end up looking gorgeous. You can select from 3 flavors of cake & any of the ice creams & mix-ins, & each time the staff have been really helpful & given good advice. Most importantly, the cakes & ice cream are delicious; rich & flavorful with a great texture.

On top of it, the cashier recognized that my husband was a veteran and gave him a military discount.

Yesterday I had to make asKtop at the yarn store and couldn't think of a better way to treat myself than with Peggy Ann's, Unfortunately, most of what I got was disappointing. I did start with my favorite - the smiley face buttercream icing sugar cookie. Really, the bottom sugar cookie is just acting as a vehicle for the nearly 1" tall circle of buttercream icing (it may be frosting - I honestly don't know the difference and, really, I don't care, all I know is that I can eat their buttercream with a spoon.) It took 3 days to actually get to the sugar cookie on the bottom. Along with the cookie, I bought just a bunch of random baked goods. I bought my husband an iced brownie which he didn't finish because it was just way too sweet. I bought one of my childhood favorites - a cream horn. This is coming from the person who ate straight butter cream for three days - the cream was so sweet it just overwhelmed the delicate horn. I ate the pastry which was delicious only after I scraped out the cream. I bought a blueberry scone for breakfast - nothing at all special. And finally, I got my husband a banana nut muffin. He said "taste this" - I don't know what was wrong with it but it was awful and we tossed it. Peggy Ann Bakery is known for their petit fours. Both my husband and my son's FIL said "huh, I don't know" when asked if they knew what a petit four was. If you're younger than 50, you might not know either, but these tiny cakes are a favorite at Southern showers and teas. I've really never known anyone who just ate them because they liked them but they do make you want to go "pinkies out" when you see them displayed on the table. I was really excited about my visit to Peggy Ann Bakery but now it just makes me sad - I spent $16 yet we threw away almost half of what I bought.

I didn't expect it to be half full when I went in with only one car outside, it must be a local favorite. The menu has not only classics but some interesting twists too. We were told to grab a menu and sit anywhere we wanted. Then once you know your order you place it at the counter & pay. I got the breakfast Panini with avocado added. My husband got a half chicken salad salad and a glorified grilled cheese. We also got a pretzel salad to try. Portion sizes were great, the food was delicious and inventive. I loved the ginger citrus dressing that was for the salad, I even asked them where it was from. We were told they make it in house. The pork in the grilled cheese tasted so fresh & flavorful. They also gave us water cups & their water is good ( must be filtered) We will definitely be back. Also a plus, they are open earlier then a lot of other eating establishments.

The girl who took our order was incredibly friendly, and the service was quick from the moment we walked in. I ordered Dad's Egg Sandwich, and Mom got the Vegetable Frittata. The bacon on my sandwich was the standout--nice, thick, and perfectly cooked. My only complaint is that the menu mentioned garlic, but I honestly couldn't taste any. If you're going to promise garlic, I want to taste garlic! Mom really enjoyed her frittata, although I think she's getting a little tired of egg dishes lately. She especially loved the toast and whatever butter they served with it. It almost tasted like maple butter, and it was delicious. The fresh fruit was also excellent (I happily finished Mom's!). My only real complaint is the size of the restaurant. It's a cozy space, but I can see it getting crowded very quickly during the breakfast rush. Overall, everything was wonderful. Friendly staff, fast service, and a delicious breakfast. We'll definitely be back!
