It was a little confusing to order at first but eventually we were guided to the cashier to do so. We weren't offered to try anything but if you asked they were more than accommodating. I had gotten the Shirley Temple milkshake and that was alright. Definitely felt rushed when made. Ice cream did feel slightly melted already but that could have just been the way it was made. I did get to keep the whole can of sprite so that was good! It's like I got three milkshakes for one as I just kept refilling the mason jar whenever it got low. We came here after seeing Ice and the harbor fireworks since we decided to stay the night in the area. This place looked so exciting like stacked sweets on sweets that were designed to feed the eyes and soul but it's a bit of an illusion. Like the cookies milkshake looked like it was stacked cookie crisps but you only get that if you buy the glass and they basically coat the glass so they can stick the cookie crisps on vs what looked to me initially like a delicious looking chipwich with cookie crisps. That's what my partner ordered and I ended up adding cookie crisps that I added as toppings for my regular milkshake to his to make it better. My milkshake was meh. We've had a lot of milkshakes between the time we used to spend in Baltimore and the spots we have now found for nice thick flavorful milkshakes. I got a strawberry cheesecake one here. It was not thick like when you get killer ice cream base. It was more liquid and smooth with the candy sweetness instead of actual strawberry sweetness. Specialty milkshakes and all their custom ice cream is definitely eye catching and delicious! I had the strawberries and cream specialty milkshake and you can actually get this in sundae form. I did enjoy it especially the little bite size pieces of cheesecake inside my milkshake, but the cheesecake slice on top was rock hard, so maybe they can let the cheesecake sit in a lower temperature fridge before serving it to customers. The great thing is their straw is wide enough to allow big chucks through. I plan to come back after I sampled the salted caramel because it reminds me of the caramel praline that eddy's use to sell in the grocery store. To be honest all it was missing was some crunch feature and chocolate. Soooo good. They had a team member on the sampler line and her nickname is Nini she was super friendly and attentive. She was very patient and quick on her feet. The place had a very good amount of seating for an ice cream spot definitely more seating than I have found at like cold stone or carvel before. The whole place is a vibe and the wait time even when they are super busy is not long at all. We ordered our ice cream at 6:24pm and received it at our table (yes they brought it to us) at 6:38pm. They are all really fun and offer a pretty good dose of whimsy. Everything from Cookies and Worms (the gummy variety) to Don't Be Crabby, which comes dusted with Old Bay seasoning. I settled for the Mint Brownie Mudslide in a bowl. It came in a bowl or in a mason jar. It's a tad pricey, but the portion size is pretty big and came with a full size brownie on the side. Visiting the area for work and had to stop by here after seeing this business on Shark Tank, absolutely lived up to the hype that's for sure!!! Good customer service and nice vibes, would be beneficial to have some music, if it was playing it was on way too low to hear anything & it was like watching paint dry waiting for the icecream lol.
