Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, Thai Basil Beef Fried Rice, Pad Thai

Went here on a saturday night and was seated relatively quickly. There are a variety of dishes to choose from but everything is so expensive. I thought the quality would be better for what we are paying for but I would not want to go back. Everything was below average and was not close to authentic. Someone we were eating with said usually the food is better but something about this place was off and bad. Lamb chops barely had any meat on the bone. The noodle soup was really salty and the fried rice and pad thai had no flavor. the portions are relatively big but would not want to go back again. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Great dinner here. Many great selections . The wonton noodle soup was perfectly delicious. Edamame were yummy as well.

I come here frequently whenever I'm at MGM casino--probably the best restaurant in here, and they are open late, which is a huge benefit when hungry at night. Service is pretty good too. Overall, the food is good, not the best out there, but it's consistently good! For soups, Hot & Sour Soup, Oxtail Soup, Wonton Noodle Soup, Minced Beef Congee or Pork & Century Egg Congee are my top favorites. For entrees, highly recommend House-Style Diced Beef, Ginger & Scallion House-Style Lobster, Honey Walnut Prawns, Crispy & Spicy Pork Chops, Peking Roasted Duck, and Soft-Shell Crab Fried Rice. Obviously since the restaurant is located in a casino, the prices here are indeed overpriced--but you are able to use your MGM comps! Just be prepared to spend here.

We were a party of 6 (3 couples) & thankfully had our 6:15om reservation before the Russell Peters show. I would have given 5 but pricing increased soo much. Our server was Jennifer & she was awesome Our BIL came to $710 w/tip ($110), we did order a lot though - fish maw soup, lobster w/scallion ginger sauce, pecking duck, shrimp fried rice, yochoy veggie, vegetable spring rolls & steamed seabass. ** the pecking duck is way better than Pecking Gourmet

Great ambiance, food was flavorful, service was wonderful. Deserved 5 stars in my book. Located within the MGM Grand Casino, so price was high but I felt like that was expected. Portions were huge. Went with a group of 6 and did family style dinner- we were all stuffed.

I don't understand the negative reviews on this. I think it was great! They took us in right away, no wait on a Friday night. Drinks were strong and good. Portions were good size. We got a bunch of dishes and split them all, and each dish was great!! The chicken wings were fire!!!!! The only negative thing I would say is the prices are a little higher than I would expect for this type of food but people need to consider the location.

My family dined at Ginger before a show at the MGM and it was a wonderful experience. The food and drinks were delicious.

Delicious selection of Asian cuisines. My go to is usually the lo mein as it's so yummy eaten fresh! Ask about the oysters! When available they're PLUMP and deliciously yummy! Minzy is such a sweetheart and always so accommodating to my family and I! She makes the experience here worth it every time and even remembers our favorite orders or dishes! Right outside the casino next to the conservatory you can enjoy a nice view while eating in an open space.

Convenient location inside the MGM. Had dinner right before a concert. Made dinner reservations. They were able to accommodate an addition. Really nice atmosphere. Good service. Food was okay for me. It's expensive. We ordered the duck, edamame, and salted fish and chicken fried rice.

The food was served cooked to order but the flavoring wasn't as seasoned as I would've liked it to be. The ambiance was nice and the service was fast. I would definitely probably try them again

Garlic snow pea shoots and Salt & Pepper pork chops with jalapeños and peppercorns. Don't forget the side of chilies.

Ginger is located in MGM casino and is one of plethora of dining options. More casual than fine dining and the wait time was short. We came before the dinner rush on a weekday and the casino's garage parking was easy. In cantonese fashion, the dishes were delicious. The menu is extensive and the service was friendly. Salt and pepper pork chop was incredibly crisp and seasoned well. I love the added crispy jalapeños and side of chilies. The garlic snow pea shoots is my personal favorite and I could've eaten that alone. Not pictured is chicken and salty fish fried rice to take home. It was loaded with chicken, very pungent, and filling. There's no doubt this place can get busy as it picked up toward the end of my visit. Consider especially during conference season (nearby Gaylord Resort) and holiday months as the lobby is decorated elaborately. Definitely plan your visit!

Came here after seeing Bill Bellamy at the theater. Glad it's open late. The food was decent. Had the Singapore noodles. It got the job done. Ambiance was great. Best to make a reservation to avoid having to wait here. Service was good. I'd come again.

Wow so delicious! I requested a seat by the flowers instead of in the center of the dining hall, to our surprise the Asian waitress went to grab someone to seat us we thought because she didn't understand my request in English. Out came a black lady who didn't wear a smile or any welcome so we were taken aback from the drastic change in energy. Once she seated us and left our new waitress Song was THE SWEETEST. She wore a big hairstyle that gave the appeal of an Asian actress in a 70's Chinese/Korean drama. We loved her and she loved us. Later, she shared that the black lady was the manager which was nice to know...good for her it must not be easy. She wore a smile when she came back to visit our table. Our food was delicious, and being by the gorgeous view was lovely as well. Go, enjoy!

    Good options for vegans?

There were some vegetarian options on the menu but I'm not 100% certain on the vegan options but I wouldn't doubt that some of the items can be made into vegan meals.

I wasn't happy when the hostess tried that stupid restaurant trick where they try to seat you at the worst and smallest table (which did not have an umbrella) when most of the other tables are available. But I insisted on, and received, a better table. For a starter we ordered the Pok Pok wings, hoping that they were like the amazing and wonderful Pok Pok wings that were at the now long-gone Andy Ricker Pok Pok restaurants in Portland, OR. Hawker's Pok Pok chicken wings were not like the Portland Pok Pok wings but nonetheless, Hawker's Pok Pok (party) wings were excellent. We loved the flavors and the crispy battered texture. We also ordered the Crispy Wontons. These gingery babies were pleasantly plump. For an entrée, JP ordered the lamb udon and thought it was delicious. I ordered the chicken and shrimp Phad Thai. It also was tasty, perhaps a little on the spicy hot side. Lastly, I ordered a pork belly bun (the order comes with two steamed buns). These came with mustard greens. I thought the buns were just okay. The steamed buns should've been more fluffy and the five spice seasoning on the pork was pretty overwhelming. But yet, considering that service was decent and there's enough good stuff on the menu, we will be back.

Since Indonesian food isn't easy to find in the DMV, I'm really grateful to have Artha Rini so close to home. The restaurant itself is small, casual, and welcoming, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly. I ordered the Soto Ayam, and it was exactly what I was hoping for--warm, comforting, and flavorful without needing to add much of anything. My wife had the Pecel Lele, which was tasty, though the fish was just a little overcooked. My only other minor complaint is that I wish the portions were a bit larger. One thing to note is that the menu leans pretty heavily on coconut milk, which can be tricky for my wife because she has a sulfite allergy. What really impressed us, though, was Artha herself. She patiently answered all of our questions and even told us that if we call ahead, she'll source the one brand of coconut milk that doesn't contain sulfites so she can prepare dishes my wife can safely enjoy. That level of care and customer service is hard to find these days, and it's more than enough reason for us to keep coming back. We're excited to work our way through the rest of the menu.

Hunan style combination was salty, the walnut shrimp was soggy as well, I guess i could have reheated this up as well since it was fried in batter. Shrimp was big and plumpy, there was no sauce that came with it on the side, only this yumyum sauce. Not sure if it was for that, if it was, very meh since the sauce is salty and not sweet. My favorite thing to get at other asian places is the Gway Tiow aka Chow Fun, but it was super soggy. The noodles were over cooked, it was also a tad salty, the lo mein was salty too, and the pad thai was meh, noodles were over cooked.
