After writing my review about my computer not working, the staff reached out to me and really went above and beyond to make it right. To be fair, I could have made an effort to bring in my computer for a repair, but did not contact them before writing. My computer sat without turning on for 2 years before I wrote my review, far beyond the warranty, but still they went above and beyond offering to service my computer at no cost. I ended up replacing my computer with a refurbished 2020 MacBook Air and I literally squealed when I took it out of the box. I needed to replace an ancient (15-year old) desktop PC and needed to do so on a budget. I prefer WIN to IOS because I'm old but not so old that I don't know what to look for. Cruising 'round eBay with the specs I wanted and these guys kept popping up with some solid hardware for great prices. I ended up choosing a refurbished Lenovo with everything I wanted for about 10% less than what I was expecting to pay. Honestly can't speak to the communications with Computer Overhauls because I didn't need to communicate once I'd placed the order. They provide seamless fulfillment and delivery. Shipping was included (!) and I got my new toy within a week. It took a little effort to xfer from my old to new machines but again, 15 years worth of stuff needed to be sorted out and I'm old... Review after 3 months ( m1 MacBook Air ) I was sceptical before I bought my refurbished m1 air MacBook because they where selling it for 800$ while every other refurbished site was at least 850$ But to my relief it IS NOT A SCAM, the picture are not stock, they take photos of the actual device you'd receive unlike places like backmarket or GameStop refurbished. true to the photo there was to scratches on the top and the screen had some keyboard marks ( which will always happen with a MacBook over time. The only small thing I wasn't pleased with was that the cord was wrapped tightly in a rubber band which left it kinky to this day, but the chord and wall adapter is the original that would come with a new MacBook from apple. I was very happy with the shipping, it said 2 to 3 days, but I got it the day after I ordered it, that might just be cause I live less than two hours from NYC where they are located. I requested a quote for a 2020 Apple M1 chip laptop 13.3 inches that I PURCHASED BRAND NEW this year probably in March 2022, I still have the receipt. This computer is almost brand new it is not refurbished. I was offered an UNFAIR $475 to $575 for it when I purchased it for three times that much ! Very unfair!! I also asked for a quote for a 12.9 inch IPad Pro that I paid almost $900 for in 2016 and I was offered $50 for it!
