I took the first of a new type of class and way of painting. The studio lighting was low with candles on the stations next to our easels. The class was a contemporary painting that included new to me techniques and was inspired with a guided meditation. First we traced "Sacred Geometry" or a flower of life on the blank canvas for healing and transformation. Then a base color for grounding and next a guided meditation (my mom came through) then we to painted blind folded. It was a great experience. Timree is a genius and intentional without being stuffy or strict. I'm a long term paint club member it's great value and this class was priceless for me.

She was very kind and knowledgeable. We just made matching bands and I think of pretty difficult but she helped us through every step, and polished and sanded through both of the rings and perfected it for us. You'll never feel like you are lost. It is a lot of hard work though. I see a great value and making your own jewelry that lasts forever. Silver 925 it's so shiny and cute when you polish it! The shop is located right next to the Hello Kitty cafe. We arrived at our appointment time and checked in. We browsed the store for a little while. There are some premade jewelry for sale as well as a bunch of cute charms to make a necklace or other accessories. We went to the left side wall to choose the stone we wanted to work with. There's a huge variety of different stones in various shapes and sizes. They're all quite thin and small but some are quite expensive so make sure you check the price tag on the back! From there, we were all seated and listened to a short presentation on the company, what we'll be doing, and how the cost works. It can be a little confusing if you're not familiar with the parts/names on the jewelry. If you're trying not to spend over a certain amount, be sure to ask a lot of questions on if something costs extra or not because it most likely will. The girl who helped us was very nice and tried her best to help us but she was helping six of us so she was spread pretty thin. The process allows you to be a part of the jewelry making process as much as possible but you'll mainly doing the simple things like applying a clear balm on the silver-I can't remember the name of it but it looks like petroleum jelly, using a mallet to size the ring, polishing, and using the torch while supervised. I was really happy with how my ring turned out and it was a fun experience but it was a long afternoon since we were in a group and it got quite costly at the end. I'm glad I tried it out, but I'm not sure I'd go back.
