They were able to get all the surface level scratches out. All the swirls from my bad hand washing/car wash practices are also gone! They did a great job on the interior as well, not a hint of dog hair anymore! Also door jams are squeaky clean. They also cleaned my mats where there's no more marks at all anymore (I have never been able to the past 6 years I had the car) even with elbow grease scrubbing. I contacted 4 detail shops through Yelp to get quotes for my wife's 2018 CX-5. I was asked 9…read morequestions, and then given a quote. Here's the quote from MRG: "Here is my price estimate: Price Estimate $290 flat rate" I accepted the offer and we scheduled for 9 days later. The detailer arrived at my home on time, but right off the bat said, "oh you have a dog, there is fur and mud, it will be $50/hour extra." I protested the last minute price change and he offered "well I can detail it for the quoted price but it likely won't get fully clean." I then reached out to the scheduler to make sure this was correct and they confirmed that is how they operate. Ultimately I declined to do business with MRG. Given how many 5* reviews MRG has this is super surprising to me. And yes my car was dirty, and there was dirt on the rear seat... thus the need for a cleaning, but in my opinion nothing extraordinarily gross (pictures attached). Now please allow me to editorialize a little bit: 1) If they noted this 'dogs extra' charge up front, so be it. But they did not. 2) If my car was excessively gross with filth, so be it. But it is not. 3) Pretty sure my twin toddlers were much messier than my dog. 4) Something like half of American households have dogs. It would be really simple to ask people if they have a dog or not as part of the estimation process. 5) Here's what "flat rate" means, from the dictionary: "A charge that is the same in all cases, not varying in proportion with something." So I guess the flat rate is not flat after all. 6) I have written 364 Yelp reviews over the past 12 years, and I'm very reluctant to give a 1-star review, having only done so 8 times previously. I hesitate to use the term 'bait and switch', but there I said it.

I…read morefirst used him three years ago he fully detailed my wife's SUV and at that time I had a Hyundai Sonata he detailed the inside and outside of both vehicles my wife's vehicle had quite a bit of pet hair in it and by the time Alex was done, the cars looked literally like they were brand new coming off the lot. Alex did the detailing at my house and worked very hard all day on both cars and they both just looked excellent. I was so pleased with his work. The three years has passed and I'm looking him up again as I have a new car and I want it so immediately, and looked up Alex and luckily found him and then having him come out to do my cars again. I paid Laurence to apply ceramic coating to my brand new Kodiak travel trailer. While prepping the…read moresurface, his staff failed to protect the VIN sticker with tape. The sticker was exposed to alcohol spray and the printed numbers were wiped off. If you know anything about RVs, you know this is a pretty big deal as it renders the vehicle ineligible for import into Canada. Fortunately, I contacted the trailer manufacturer for a VIN replacement letter which means at least I can take the trailer across the border for vacation travel but with a greater degree of inspection. Due to this mistake, I will not be able to sell the travel trailer to a Canadian buyer in the future. Furthermore, after several months of using the trailer, I noticed that ceramic coating was only applied to the sides of the trailer. The front of the trailer remains exposed to bugs, dirt, and UV rays. I have reached out to Lourence to see about him completing the job before my upcoming trip to Eastern WA but I don't feel confident that he will be able to resolve this matter in a timely fashion given the trouble I've already had with him. I would not recommend using L&M Detailing for ceramic coating of RVs or travel trailers. I will update this review if timely resolution can be made.

They were priced on the lower end of other reputable and comparable shops. A week prior to my appointment I got some very hard paint overspray on my one month old 4Runner. As part of their process that all came off. The truck is silky smooth. The spring weather this week brought a ton of pollen, the sticky stuff. As you drive away the air just blows the truck clean. I pulled into the garage tonight after a hard rain and I had to laugh because all that rain water ended up on the floor before the door had closed. And now it looks as shiny as the day I got her coated. It's a pretty awesome treatment and technology. The other benefit with L&M is the follow up care. Quick washes, interior/exterior detail for $100 every few months? Something like that; regardless, a service I will absolutely take advantage of. I wouldn't hesitate associating my name with a positive review of this business. I'm very confident that if I had an issue these guys would make it right.

He was very apologetic and explained that there was a schedule mix up that day and he wanted to make it right. I decided to give them another try and booked another appointment with them for 1/9. Perfunctory work…read more Didn't really try to do a complete job. There was dirt between the door and the car, around the door handles, and next to other trim. Spots on the leather. Didn't dress the leather, which it really needed. There were still large stains on the rim under the hood; we asked them to work on it, but they said they couldn't, as it needs a hard brush to remove and they don't use that. Went home, spent 5 minutes with cleaning wax and it was basically gone. See photo for the before, they wouldn't touch this. This wasn't due to a very dirty car. They allocate 4 hours, but only took a bit over 3 hours, so it's not as if they spent lots of time on other parts. When I got home, I spent about 45 minutes completing the work they didn't do. Overall, a pretty meh job, especially for the price. Not horrible, just meh.

Katie and Mike took on a long list for my Corvette Z06: full paint protection film, the center stripe, side radiator guards, window tint, and ceramic coating on both the paint and the wheels. Every piece of it came back better than I expected. The film work is clean, the stripe is laid out perfectly, and the finish on the car is exactly what I was after. They are also Avants partners, so I saved a bit on the work. That was a nice bonus, but it is not why I am writing this. I would have been just as happy at full price. What stands out is the service level. Clear communication, no surprises, and a team that obviously cares about the cars that come through the shop. If you are looking for PPF, tint, stripes, or ceramic coating, go see Katie and Mike. Top notch work from top notch people.
