This is a great place to eat if you are in the area. Situated right on Wheeling Ave., this place is wonderful. The decor is an eclectic mix of retro and modern. The food is outstanding. The service is fast and friendly. I had the ribeye special and, quite frankly, it rivaled ribeyes I have had elsewhere...at a much higher price. It was cooked to perfection and tender as could be. What a gem! I was passing through for the night and looking for something non-chain and tasty. This place is apparently an area institution! The waitstaff was very friendly and seemed to know almost everyone. I was in alone and brought a book to read. I was left largely undisturbed but well cared for. The chicken and fries were hot and tasty. They were served up quickly and the soda was key refilled. I ordered a slice of Dutch apple pie to take along and it was WONDERFUL. The apples were tart and the crust was flaky. Best of all, perhaps, was the whole meal came in under $15 with a tip! read more

Tiny little fish shack in Lancaster Ohio. Each order is cooked fresh as you order it. The sandwich comes on a very fresh bun with just the right amount of tartar sauce. Not a heavy breaded fish filet either. Service is fast which makes it great to stop on a grab some to go. I've only eaten the sandwich because I can't bring myself to not get one when I'm there but I'm sure all the menu items are great. Stop in a check them out. read more

We were seated right away . . . right next to the noisy kitchen. Lots of banging & clanging. Lots of choices on the menu. But the menu was sticky and filthy and you couldn't even read everything because it had been handled so much, much of the wording had worn off. Husband got a Chef's salad and I got a Chicken Salad plate. My salad was okay. It came with a spoonful of mandaran oranges, 1/2 canned pear, 1/2 canned peach, 1 slice of canned pineapple and a scoop of cottage cheese and a muffin. We stopped in here for lunch on a recent trip to Southeast Ohio. This family run restaurant has been around for a long time but the place feels fresh and exciting. The food was amazing and it was the closest thing I found to a good coney dog outside of Michigan. You definitely want to make sure to save room for dessert because their pie selection is incredible. It is a must have when dining here. Our group ate a variety of menu items and everyone was equally as pleased with the meals. We will stop in again if we are ever in the area. read more

My mom says this used to be the best dang thing in town. The hot dogs were out of this world. I've been here a few times with my grandma and it's nothing to special. For being local it's definitely a place to be, but I've had better. Not as good as my mom claims it used to be and she agrees. read more

Soo good we even got impressed by the kids menu which had grilled cheese and a side of glazed carrots yikes they were tasty! Theo's restaurant has Great food and service. My son loved their French fries. It was Clean and friendly.

We stopped in on our way from Maryland to Columbus, never having been in Cambridge and wanting something other than fast food. The good Yelp reviews led us here. It is a good restaurant, and I'll stop again when I'm in the area. My wife had spaghetti and meat sauce with a salad; I had bbq chicken with cole slaw and cucumber salad. It was all good. I have to say that there was nothing particularly special about any of it, but it was good food at a good price. The dessert menu looked awesome, but I was good and avoided it in the end. The restaurant is large and clean. The servers are very friendly. If you're around Cambridge and need something to eat, check them out. read more

While traveling to Myrtle Beach we were starving. So after exiting the freeway we saw a sign for Theo's restaurant we decided to give it a try. Wow this place is a local favorite packed to the max and it has a menu that is loaded with all kinds of goodies. I tried the steak sandwich which was excellent cooked perfectly and plenty of meat we also had the fish dinner which was also excellent. We would definitely recommend Theos especially if you are in the neighborhood. Great meal great service great menu can't ask for much more by the way the desserts are also very good read more

Had a great Greek salad with chicken and couldn't believe how great of a deal it was for the price also the feta and the homemade balsamic vinaigrette were wonderful. Saw a waitress walk by with hotdogs and had to order one they looked so good. I will definitely come back again next time I'm in Cambridge. Stopped in to grab some famous pie on our way out of town. We appreciated that take-out had a designated area. Service was fast and friendly, and $5.25 is a great price for two pieces. While the crusts were respectable, the fillings left something to be desired. There were pieces of real banana in my husband's banana cream pie, but the jelly filling of my black raspberry had the acrid taste of preservative, with whole berries scarce. Found this place when driving into Cambridge to find a drug store. We were vacationing at The Wilds in Cumberland. Boy, are we glad we stumbled upon it. We both ordered sandwiches, which were very good and the fries were yummy. The best part PIE, PIE, PIE! Save room for pie. I ordered Peach Pie and my husband ordered Chocolate Cream Pie. The slices were huge and the taste...outstanding. I have never had a peach pie so delicious in my life. My husband loves chocolate cream pie and said it was one of the best.
